A lovely trip to Aravada.
We enjoyed our stay in Arvada. The house was very comfortable and inviting. It was also very fresh and clean. The decor is lovely, but it was not overwhelming. The house has a homey, "usable" feel for both adults and children. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including games, puzzles, a pingpong table and pool table. We had access to the garage, which I always appreciate! I chose this house mainly for the proximity to family, but the general area - near the park and lake were an added treat for great walks or bike rides. I also appreciated the generally quiet neighborhood, especially at night. Overall a very enjoyable and lovely visit.

The beds were comfortable and big enough for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep and there was plenty of room at the table to seat the whole crew. The bathroom on the main floor was pretty tiny but functional. The one downstairs was much roomier. Nice washer and dryer. The only thing I could suggest was to offer more paper products (toilet paper, napkins, etc). We had a total blast in the game room and donated fresh, Glow in the dark ping pong balls for the next visitor. Overall, great stay. Would totally visit here again. And the owner was extremely nice and accommodating.

Arvada Home
We had a great stay during December at this Arvada home. Since it was cold and snowed really appreciated having access to a garage. Home is very well kept, clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the game room and back yard as we spent most of our time with local family. We had one question during our stay for the property manager. He was very responsive and helpful. Good location and we would definitely rent again in the future.

Family vacation
Our stay here was perfect! We had a full house with my fiancé and our three boys (18, 14, 11). The house was a great location for a number of things we went to including downtown Denver, Red River Amphitheater, Estes Park, St. Mary’s Glacier, and Colorado Springs area. The house was clean and well equipped! We took note of the mattresses and bed linens because everything was so extremely comfortable! I think the pool table and ping pong may have gotten more use in a single stay than any other time. It was fantastic! Thank you!

We booked the Arvada house as a gathering place for my sons wedding. Many guests from all over. The Evolve team was very responsive and thorough with the whole reservation. The house is cute and very cozy. Super clean and equipped with very nice appliances and amenities. Plenty of dishes, silverware, towels etc. The house is located is a very nice neighborhood and we felt very safe. Great location as well. Easy to get to stores, shopping and highways to travel very easily. Plenty of parking, great security super comfortable! We felt at home the moment we arrived. Comfortable house and area
The place was clean and had ample dresser and closet space which is really beneficial for longer stays. Neighborhood houses are built close together, however the area was quiet. We enjoyed the nearby paved walking paths that lead to small parks. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots/pans to support cooking our own meals. The dining table size was suitable for playing card and board games. The garage was also nice to be out of snow/rain when loading and unloading. A concern for us were the scattered dirt patches in the yard which required additional cleaning of our dogs paws especially when the ground was wet.

Great property for family & friends
I was in Colorado for a workshop in Golden I was attending with two other friends, also from out of state. We wanted to be able to hangout before & after the daily activities. This was an excellent place to do that. The 3 bed / 2 bath set up on two levels offered a nice blend of private and shared areas, including the game room and deck. The home is immaculate and updated in every way, and the neighborhood is quiet and near nature trails and the lake -- perfect for an early morning run! Highly recommend this listing.

This was exactly as advertised. Very modern, well appointed, clean, its not huge but every area is used perfectly! The host (maintenance guy?) was super responsive and helpful. Walkable to a good park for kids with a walking path. About 30 to downtown. So glad we picked it!

The location is in a very quiet neighborhood! We never heard or saw a car pass by. It is easily accessible to all kinds of things and only a few minutes away from the highway. The only improvement would be the addition of a grill and a better backyard
