Our property is newly renovated and centrally located between the Airport and Downtown. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each bedroom and the common area have 12k btu heater/air-condition units to keep the temp perfect. The back yard is fully fenced in, with covered patio seating , located right next to the hot tub. Inside you will find a kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and spices you will need for cooking. The appliances are updated, including Dish washer & microwave.In the living room you will find a array of board games to indulge in. Musically inclined folks will love the piano and open floor plan to entertain your guests. All rooms have smart TVs and there is free Wifi for you to use.1000s nbs up and 1000s nbs down. Pet and 420 friendly. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for your use. Laundry is located downstairs with iron and ironing board as well.

We keep the property impeccably clean, including the hot tub. We offer parking directly in front of the house and the host is available if you have any question or needs during your stay. The digit keypad makes coming and going simple.

This house was great for our group of friends visiting Denver. We were close to a lot and had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We wish we had known there would be cameras in the common areas before we booked it but our group decided it was still worth the trip. The hot tub was a highlight and well taken care of.

This place was perfect for our friend trip. We met the owner when we arrived early and he was totally cool about letting us bring our stuff in. The house was really clean and super spacious! You are a 10-15 min drive to anywhere you want to go. Parking was easy and the back yard was a nice hangout!

Had a fairly low-key bachelor party based out of the property; everyone was really impressed with the amenities. The air mattress was particularly clutch for making sure everyone had a spot. Hot tub was good too, though definitely a bit tricky to get warmed up.

This property was such fun to stay at! It's set up for vibrant and lively conversation, complemented by thoughtful (and lightly eclectic) decor. We didn't use the hot tub, but cooked a fantastic meal and spent the night with good friends. I would definitely stay here again!

Christmas in Denver
We had a great stay. Erick was an excellent host, very responsive to the small issues that arose. We were a group of 10 and found the space adequate for our group. The loft is a bit challenging to navigate but we made it work. The hottub and outside patio offer additional to hanging out in. We all have differing interests so we appreciated the location, some people skied, some hiked, others visited Meow Wolf and the aquarium. There is also a brewery within walking distance.

Wowā€¦words canā€™t express how awesome the service for this property is! This home is not only beyond beautiful but has EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED! The owner is absolutely wonderful he has outstanding customer service and gave my family and I even a military discount which was much appreciatedā€¦I would definitely stay again! Thank you for making our stay sooooo easy and comfortable! You rock! Cleanliness lacking
The upstairs shower was not only dirty with and hair and streaks all over the walls, it also has gaps between all the glass panels which led to the bathroom flodding. The hot tub was disgusting with obvious old spills around the tub and greasy oily water that smelled musty and was so filthy you couldn't see to bottom of the tub. The property manager did respond to my concerns quickly but was out of town and unable to do anything about it. I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies to clean up what his cleaners missed. In addition the internet was slow and there were no extra towels. Overall not worth the price we paid.
