The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a kitchen island, and bar seating – ideal for meal prep and socializing. The open floor plan is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

For entertainment, this home boasts a cozy electric fireplace in the living room, as well as a game room featuring foosball, darts, and a basketball hoop. Stay connected with Smart TVs and YouTube TV, ensuring you never miss a game or show. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the private workout room, complete with a Peloton bike and yoga accessories.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

But the thing I loved the most is the picture above the master bathroom toilet. I have the exact picture in our main bathroom. Location was GREAT and the neighbor was quiet. This property is perfect when attending events at Empower Field or Target Field. Very clean property, plenty of room for our family! We would rent again if our plans bring us back the downtown Denver area!

Great but unfortunate
We enjoyed our stay. Everything in the property was great. It was unfortunate that a snow storm forced us to move flights and leave a day early. Eating the cost for the extra night added to the inconvenience we experienced with the rental car and flight change costs.

Location was great - near a grocery store, other food stores and highway, quiet neighborhood. had issues with the heat/AC and TV's and someone was there to talk to and came over to fix the issues. A suggestion would be to have instructions on use of the things in the house. The large kitchen was well equipped, the house was clean with enough utensils and cleaning items. Would suggest grip bars in the bathrooms and as suggested, higher WiFi connection to supply all the TVs and other electronic gear. When the family returns to Denver, this would be the place I would choose. The spacious house was a great place to entertain or just hang out!

This fully renovated house in a row of similar houses is in a great location! We walked to Larimer St. where there is a lot to see & do. We were in town for a concert at Ball Arena… close by. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out in common areas. We enjoyed our few days in Denver… I’d rent this sweet house again!

It was so spacious - much more than the photos convey - and perfect for our group of 2 parents, 2 teens and a 9 year old. Very comfortable beds and plenty of well-stocked bathrooms - we love the extra amenities. The game room downstairs was awesome - we spent a lot of time playing foosball and basketball. Location was perfect - close to fun places in the Five Points neighborhood as well as easy to get downtown and back for a show. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to use the Peloton. Highly recommend this stay!

This was a great place for a family gathering. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped Dont ignore the parking signs on the street. Three of our cars got ticketed on street sweeping day. My brother's small dog escaped from the fenced yard and the neighbors were amazing. We finally found her with the help of numerous people.

Wonderful, Modern and Fun Home in a Great Location

Reviewer Comments: This home offered everything we could have hoped for: modern and updated with a great kitchen and bathrooms/showers; nice balcony; and fun basement family room with foosball, dart board, basketball toss, and large flat screen TV. Just a block from a shopping center with a Safeway, liquor store, and Subway. Easy walking distance, 15-20 minutes, the cool bars, breweries and restaurants in the Five Points, Uptown, and RINO neighborhoods; about a mile to Coors Field. Safe and mostly residential neighborhood; like most of Denver and other U.S. cities, you will encounter some unhoused people, but we didn’t experience anything that made us feel unsafe. VRC was attentive and communicated promptly and effectively on check in instructions and other needed information. Highly recommend this property as the place to launch your next Mile High adventure.

House had full construction crew working. Balcony railings were missing. No lockbox. Was on the phone for over two hours with customer service just to be provided hotel rooms for one night of three night stay. Total nightmare

Nice Property
The house was nice, seemed like it was recently updated. The location is good for activities in Denver and easy access to I25. I took off 1 star as even though these are million dollar houses the area is sketchy. Upon arrival there was a lady going down the alley rummaging through everyone’s trash. One day pulling out of the garage there was someone that looked like they were injecting drugs. At the Safeway just 2 blocks away we were harassed and followed by someone. We didn’t feel safe walking the neighborhood but we’re happy the place had an alarm system and high fences. The place inside is great, maybe we’re just not city folks as the amount of homelessness and drug use all over Denver was shocking.

Not what I expected
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent too much time on this vacation wondering how things work (half of my first full day there) and I was a shocked by the problems. There are gaping holes in the dirty white couch, the ceiling fan in the living room doesn’t work, there wasn't a single instruction on how to use things or where things were in the house. I ran all of the glasses in the cupboard through the dishwasher because they were filmy, greasy, and gross. Lucky guess locking the front door. Nest took a long time to figure out. Ryan was very responsive - the only bright spot in an otherwise poorly managed property. VCR sent me a plethora of emails reminding me to leave, and not a single instruction on how to work the TV. Light bulbs are burned out. There was a Catholic priest in our group, and we insisted he take the master bedroom where he suggested we not peer at the offensive art work in the bathroom. We didn’t. The handles on the toilets on the main level and the second level don’t work properly and actually made our hands hurt trying to flush. The carpets need a deep clean. I paid more than $2400 for four nights, and it was so below par, that I can’t find a decent thing to say about it except dreadful.

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and in a good location, convenient to downtown for our meetings. The property was in good condition and had everything needed. Cleaning people should check the remotes. Most of the fan remotes were not working, missing or dead batteries, also a few of the TV remotes. For future renters, you should provide access to the trash bins. They were locked in the garage and it would have been helpful to be able to take out the trash during the week. The front door lock needs some attention. Our code did not work for our check in. It took 90 minutes to get in our rental on a cold night, finally got a new code from VRBO. Not sure this property has any local management. Tried many times to contact through the number given, left several voicemails, texts, and emails. Never heard back from them once? Nice place, would stay there again, but it must be a new rental. Has a few fine tuning needed.
