Nestled in an 1890s converted mansion, this condo has been thoughtfully remodeled while preserving the architectural details throughout. You will enjoy tons of character and charm, filled with features such as high ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors. Walking in, you are greeted by a large, open dining/living concept with modern lighting, large windows, and a stone-surround gas fireplace.

Entertaining will be a dream in the updated kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, an entertaining island, a large prep counter, and a great area for pantry space. Heading upstairs, you will find the spacious primary suite, with large windows, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of closet space. You’ll love the stunning, remodeled suite, with sleek double vanities, a large walk-in shower, and extra cabinet space. An additional guest bedroom suite, with an ensuite bath and large open loft space, is also on this level.

A few notes about your stay:
- Guests do not have access to the mailbox. A PO box is recommended. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.
- We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
- This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 1 dog. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay).
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.
- This property is a 30-day minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
