This is an excellent property! My wife and I stayed for a concert at Red Rocks - great location, super nice clean & cozy rental. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all. Thank you!
Great hosts! So welcoming and helpful. Location is very quiet. Accomodations are exactly as pictured online- very clean and comfortable. Hosts even start your stay with seasonal coffee! Would stay here again. : )
We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. The homeowners have worked really hard to make their home and yard beautiful, so this is a gem in the neighborhood. The neighborhood does leave much to be desired. It's fairly run down; busy and displaced persons were on a lot 2 doors down for most of our stay. So, it's unfortunate that the area doesn't accurately reflect the beauty of the home and its owners. But overall, it was easy to navigate the area, get to all the places in Denver and in the mountains, we wanted to go. It is a nice place to stay for a decent price point. We would stay again in the future!
Myself and a few friends stayed here for the night to celebrate my birthday. It was a super cute space and very clean! Looks EXACTLY like the pictures shown here. We were also worried it would be too small, however, it was the perfect amount of space for 10 people to comfortably celebrate inside. We had 4 people spend the night and there was enough room for us to sleep comfortably. House is a little tough to locate; Apple Maps will pin the wrong house, but the owners were helpful by providing instructions on how to navigate where the home is on the day of our stay. There is also two separate homes on the property; The home where you stay is in the back. There is one review here that says their yard was not properly maintained, however, the yard was very beautiful during our stay.
Good location and clean comfortable unit. Everything needed was provided… would have given 5 stars but the rear yard which we walked they to get to the unit was messy and needs attention.
The Treehouse was just as described and depicted. It was very nicely decorated, very clean , and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The location was very convenient to the activities we had planned - hiking and concert at Red Rocks, visits to Golden, Morrison, Longmont and downtown Denver. The hosts were good communicators and answered the questions we had prior to booking and upon arrival. We parked in the church parking lot that was directly across the street and that worked out great. It lives up to its Treehouse moniker so be prepared to carry suitcases up some stairs, but that wasn't a big deal. We considered it an urban oasis.
Nice property. New everything and quiet. Wasn't sure how to access the eggs. Had a terrible time finding at night. The reflective street numbers on the mailbox were not legible. I might suggest instructions to walk down the driveway past the main house and then thru the gate to the rear of the yard and up the stairs.
Couldn’t have been a better experience for my boyfriend & I. It was absolutely beautiful, everything about it! Thank you for an amazing week!!! We already want to come back lol
Really loved the apartment and how modern and nicely decorated it is. The bed was comfy and the apartment is very private. The location was great for the things we were doing on our trip. Would stay here again.
