Literally made me wait 12 minutes until 3:00 pm to check in.. Elevator not working (for a week ). Hallways smelled like burt tires

Front Desk attendant looked like she was on drugs, poor judgement and not accommodating to guest. And surrounding, parking lot filled with addicts and homeless people. Elevators didn't work and I was placed on the 4th floor. Ended up not staying due to the unprofessional service. I would not recommend this hotel not even it was the last ran down hotel on the planet!!
