On the front door is a smart lock for the property. You will have 24/7 access to the property with no worries of keys.
We will be available to communicate with you about questions you may have about the unit/stay, any additional accommodations you may have and ultimately any emergencies that may come up during your stay.
The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained, with tree-lined streets and sidewalks that make it easy to take a stroll. There are several parks nearby, including EB Rains Jr. Memorial Park, which has a lake, picnic areas, and playgrounds. The area is also close to a number of schools, including STEM Launch K-8 and Northglenn High School.
There are plenty of shopping and dining options in the area, with several shopping centers located within a few miles of the neighborhood. These include the Northglenn Marketplace, Northglenn Heights Shopping Center, and Webster Lake Promenade. The area is also close to major highways, including I-25 and I-76, making it easy to get around the Denver metropolitan area.
We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.

1. General Conduct
- Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. We have a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels without recording conversations.
- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.
- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.
2. Property Care
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.
Pet Policy:
- No Cats Allowed: Please note that we do not cater cats in the property.
- No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs unattended in the cabin. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300.
- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
We can also accommodate early check-ins whenever the property is ready and no issues are present. We update our guests on any possibility of an earlier check-in!
