Positives:
The house is beautiful and the grounds are beautiful. It’s lovely to sit on the porch in the morning and have coffee. It’s an old house that’s been upgraded but still maintains it’s rustic feel. Lots of neat historical relics. Lots of portable AC units everywhere make up for not being able to open windows. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors, furniture is all very clean.
Neutral:
No ventilation coupled with not being able to open windows in the bathrooms is not great when you have a full house. The water can get REALLY HOT really fast, “burn you” hot. It’s great to not run out of hot water with a full house getting ready for a wedding, but mind young kids.
Negatives:

The biggest negative, however, was that if people other than the folks sleeping at the house come over, it is considered and event. We cooked breakfast for friends and family who also flew in for a wedding. We did not think that was an event - not setting out tents or tables or bringing catering, etc. But since the folks coming
