The location is great on this home and that isn't all! It is a cozy, open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, family room, full bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and a HOT TUB! Perfect ranch-style home with 3 FREE parking spots! (No covered parking available for guests).

*Please note that the house is yours for use. You will NOT share space with anyone, however the property manager is on the property. He lives over the detached garage and in the basement. He is there to help you if concerns arise.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood
We loved our stay. The house was perfect and accommodating to all of our needs. Its also in a great location near a lot of different places and activities.

A great place to stay!
My wife and I stayed here for four nights and had no issues whatsoever. The house was clean, everything worked, the neighborhood was quiet, great location, instructions were clear, and all communication with the host was pleasant. I would recommend this place to others and I would stay here again.

Will for sure be visiting again!
This was a cute place to stay that was in the center of the main cities in Colorado, so it's nice to get to be by everything and be in vicinity between Denver, the springs and Morrison (red rocks). Even though the property manager is on site the privacy was still there! Definitely would visit again!

Great stay
It was pretty much as described and quite quaint! Only suggest getting side tables for the beds, access to laundry, and possibly more counter space in the bathroom. Other then that, very nice house and would recommend!

Wasn’t happy that there was another person staying on the property. That wasn’t listed anywhere in the description. Bathroom is dated and run down and with only one bathroom it really needs an update. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks. Nice area. We had a small issue with air conditioning in the living room, but the host was very helpful in getting it resolved. Great communication throughout our stay

Little getaway
The house was how described. It was clean, accommodating, everything availability that we would have needed. Great location! Near everything- grocery, shopping, local attractions, restaurants as well as chain foods. Comfortable house. We were able to utilize the hot tub- which was wonderful. We we keep in mind next time we are in town. Thank you!!
