Great family vacation home on 1/2 acre in Littleton-SW Denver 3bd 2.5 baths

A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

Fantastic stay! If you are traveling with a dog this is the place to stay! Check in and out process was incredibly easy. Beds were VERY comfortable. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days while we were having work done to our house. The house was right down the street and we were able to bring our dogs. The beds were comfortable and it was roomy enough for our kids and 2 dogs.

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to a concert at Red Rocks. The home was beautiful and exactly what we needed. Nice fenced in area for my little dog to explore. Check in/out was easy and the host had great communication. Will definitely save this property for future trips

Family gathering
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this house. We wanted a place to gather with a few family members after a memorial service. This house was a great space for that. Geat Family Christmas
This was a great place to celebrate Christmas with all of our family including our fur babies. The house and yard were perfect for the dogs. Hannah was easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions quicky. I especially enjoyed the small Christmas decorations that were there to make the holiday complete.

This home was perfect for our needs! Very accommodating and comfortable. The separate attached room set aside for dogs was great! The yard was also wonderful with plenty of room to play catch with the dogs! We hosted dinner for family that was also in town for the wedding! Great Visit
We moved from CO a year ago and had to return to wrap up a few things. This house was the perfect location. Easy accessibility to highways and nice neighborhood to walk our dog, Gus. He also loved playing in the big yard. Nice kitchen and gas grill to fix meals! Comfortable beds! Owner, Hannah and her son very responsive to any needs we had.

Great for families with dogs
We stayed for a weekend. Our dogs were very happy with the backyard and covered porch. Good tall fences to keep them contained and mature shade trees. We liked the house. Double bed in the master was a bit cozy, but the house was spacious and clean.
