David was responsive and provided all necessary information prior to arrival. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was very convenient for visiting Rocky National Park. It was perfect for our family vacation! We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Location!
The location is perfectly situated between Denver and Boulder - so ideal for day tripping! Property is in a nice, safe neighborhood, and was very comfortable and well maintained. A great home base after a day of adventure! Really appreciated the washer and dryer so we could pack minimally.

Quiet and close to anything!
We only stayed one night after a long day traveling from South Florida and this was exactly what we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to plenty of options for food and last minute “forgot to pack” items, if we had flown back to Florida and not driven we would have been happy to stay here again!

Super clean, comfy and great location
The condo was easy to find, super clean, and well-supplied. We didn’t cook since we had all our meals with family but the kitchen was well supplied so we could have with no problem. We especially appreciated the garage since it snowed. The location was great for visiting family; we would definitely stay here again.

This condo is clean and convenient to Denver, Boulder and Golden. We enjoyed touring around and returning each evening to enjoy dinner in this spacious well equipped space. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and washer/dryer. We will stay again the next time we come to Denver.

Short Visit
We were pleased with our stay. We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. The condo was clean and organized. The location was great and was centralized for the adventuring we did around the area. We had an early flight the day we left and we appreciated that the airport was only a short distance away.

Mountain retreat
The property suited our needs perfectly. The location was centrally located to all of the activities we had planned plus near restaurants and stores. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed our hike in the Flatirons as well as our visit to the University of Colorado in Boulder. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

This condo is clean and well kept. We pretty much used it as a hotel room, no cooking... But the kitchen seemed well equipped. Owner was very responsive to emails.

Excellent condo and value.
My husband and I stayed while visited our daughter who lives in the area. The condo is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Although metro Denver is pretty dense, but this condo backs up onto a golf course and has a lovely view of the greens and trees. There was no traffic noise which was a plus. David was great to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.

The condo was fine for our needs. The kitchen could use more items to make meals easier. Compared to other properties, I would say it is below average for the amount offered. The place was adequate, but did not feel homey, just an observation. The pool was close by and we appreciated the pool towels offered. Checkout procedure was a little over the top. Overall I would recommend this place.

Recently stayed at this property and would definitely stay again. Location is great, with everything you need nearby and easy access to freeways. David was great to work with and easy to connect with. My son fell ill at the end of our stay, and David was very understanding of our need to extend our stay before flying back home. He was quick to respond and very accommodating, super thankful for his awesomeness.
