Fantastic spot to stay in Denver
This is the perfect place to stay when coming to Denver. The apartment itself is extremely clean and well stocked. The decorations are all upscale. There is a parking spot that goes along with the apartment and it’s within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment is just as advertised - great location, wonderful amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

This little condo was a pleasure to stay in. It has obviously been remodeled recently. It is nicely appointed with everything you need for your stay. It is in a great central location. Checking in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Capital Hill area and close to all!
Went to visit family and this was a great location and stocked with everything you could need . Great shower pressure, good coffee, and a great bed . I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror. Hope to return again .

Great appointment in Denver
This apartment looked and felt completely new, and was very clean and comfortable. The location is also great. But the absolute best part is the host who goes over and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and comfortable. Charming, spotless and very well appointed unit with lots of great amenities, everything we needed. Very quiet and in a great neighborhood convenient to many relaxing, retail, and entertainment attractions. Manager was helpful and immediately answered any questions. Hope to return!

This is a fantastic property. The location is highly walkable to several great breakfast spots (we loved Jelly), and the parking space was very helpful. The unit itself is lovely and stocked with everything we needed, including snacks, bottle of wine, and coffee makings. Bed was super comfy and host very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Denver.

A Gem in Capitol Hill!
Our host was amazing and thought of everything! It was so much better than a hotel stay. Sydney was available for any questions we had and was very helpful. Great location! Walking distance to bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Denver!

Great Location to Enjoy Denver
Property is in an ideal location to explore downtown Denver. Walk to many attractions, off street parking which is very hard to find in the city. Property is as advertised with a comfortable bed - very important but rare to find in rentals! Sydney's experience in the hospitality industry shows. Nice touches throughout, very responsive and easy to work with. What's not to like!

Quality comfort and convenience
Our visit focused on time with graduating grandkid, and coming and going several times a day by car. Parking very convenient. Our downtime, and sometimes evening home/cooking in apt was relaxing. We had some problem with first night check-in beacuse I lost the email about how to access the alley behind the home. Hosts came quickly to our rescue. Our stay was great.

This was the perfect fit for my family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable. I really liked the fact that it had a parking space, even though we walked to most places it was nice to know that if we drove that we would have a parking spot. Sydney was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful.

I decided on this place because of the location and parking space. I was traveling with my son and needed a car, so dealing with street parking would be frustrating. The neighborhood was great, good for families but also a lot to do. Loved Jelly - local breakfast place. I travelled for work so getting around Denver was actually very convenient from this location. Check in and check out were super easy. Apartment felt very safe and cozy. Just great place, would definitely recommend.

Everything about the listing was completely accurate. The apartment was extremely neat, clean, and fully-stocked, and the parking location made it easy to enter/exit the property by car. I walked to many destinations within the neighborhood, and they were very easy to get to. Sydney was a wonderful host, and checked in periodically to ensure my stay was going well.

Good value.
The unit was well appointed, good bed, good communication w owner, easy to checkin/out. Price was a good value and proximity to all of Denver. Our only issue was the couch was definitely not a lounging couch, just plain not comfortable. The location and parking spot was good although the approach down the alley is not good. Overflowing dumpsters etc.

Everything you need for a Capitol stay!
This updated and stylish apartment is everything you'll need and it's within walking distance to the Capitol. Clean, convenient, with a designated parking space, full kitchen and much more! Communication with the host was great and it was a nice place to stay while we were in Denver. We would stay here again!
