This family-friendly home located in Broomfield is your home-away-from-home! Located just 25 minutes from DIA with quick access to major highways I-25 and US36, you are just 25 minutes to either Denver or Boulder. From the house, you are steps away from beautiful and well-maintained trails, and easy walking distance to many great restaurants and convenience stores.

The house opens up with a great room complete with upright grand piano and vaulted ceilings. Connected to this room is the dining room with a large Teak dining table and chairs. There is a full, well appointed kitchen with updated appliances that is open to the living room with ample seating and a big screen TV and fireplace. Also on the main level is a powder room and laundry room.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The oversized master bedroom comes with a TV and desk and a 5-piece en suite master bath complete with a large soaking tub and dual sink vanity. The other two bedrooms, the 'Blue Room' and 'Pink Room', contain a double bed and double trundle bed, respectively. Additional air mattress and/or floor mattress available on request. There is also a pull-out 'love seat' located in the Great Room for additional sleeping spaces. Also upstairs is the other full bath with a bonus room with a large mirror.

The exterior has a kids swing in the front yard, and propane BBQ and fire-pit in the back yard. The house backs up to a beautiful trail system with great mountain views just a short walk away. Also in close proximity are great local restaurants, fast food options, and convenience stores.
