This house is a duplex with an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. You will have the entire first floor and front entrance to yourselves with access to the backyard shared with the downstairs unit.

As your hosts, we have flipped both units and currently live as long-term tenants downstairs you may occasionally see outside. The two entrances/units are completely separated and locked off.

Other things to note
We have many outdoor games including croquet, bags, blinngoball as well as a set of 4 pickleball paddles you can enjoy if requested.

Beautiful house, but noisy Neighborhood
Our recent stayed at Tracey's house in Denver was a mostly enjoyable experience. The house itself was great- It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were wonderful, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, we did encounter some neighborhood noise. Despite this, the quality of the house and the hospitality of the host made up for it. Overall, we had a good time and appreciated the accommodations.
