Come relax at this cozy boho escape – your home away from home. Located on the edge of Aurora right next to Denver in one of the most central areas of the city. Great access to shopping, entertainment & dining. Easy access to I-225 off Mississippi where you are a 15-20 min drive to downtown Denver, the Denver Tech Center and major hospitals (Aurora Medical Center, University of Colorado Anschutz medical centers).

The space

Private, quiet and large 2 bedroom/1 full bathroom apartment in multifamily property. Open concept kitchen, living & dining room area for guests to hangout and entertain. This fully equipped & stocked getaway is perfect for friends, couples or FAMILIES. Enjoy high speed internet and the peace of mind that comes with a Ring alarm system that you can control from your phone!

You have access to this 2 bed/1 bath apartment within a Multifamily property.

NOTE 1: We are currently in the process of renovating the front and backyard to match the indoor oasis we have created for our guests. As such please excuse the aesthetic at the front of the house and access to the backyard is not allowed at this time.

NOTE 2: There are security camera's in the main entrance/lobby area, on top of the garage, two in the back facing the backyard and a ring door bell. Their purpose is NOT to watch you but to protect the property and neighborhood by discouraging violations of the house rules.

Clean comfortable property in a good location - quiet neighbourhood. Great communication with Murwa who was respectful when advising about unexpected home improvement to adjoining property. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Quiet, comfortable stay
Nice, clean and comparable apt in the middle of Denver just off 225 made this a convenient location. Quiet neighbors and comfortable accommodations made this a cozy place to stay. Could have done with some lamps next to the beds for nighttime reading, otherwise it was a good place.

Newly Renovated Cozy Space
We enjoyed our stay! The unit has been tastefully decorated and was very comfortable. The kitchen was especially well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding communities have much to offer. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Host Murwa was kind and a wonderful communicator. We did not realize it was a top and bottom split house with guests below us. No sound barrier made rest and recovery difficult. Not all items were stocked as stated. No hand towel’s or washcloths, we bought our own. However I am sure Murwa would have brought things over had I asked.

Murwa was extremely helpful. We ended up staying a few extra days when a snowstorm hit, and she was very accommodating! It was especially nice having a garage to park in.

A wonderful quiet neighborhood home
This home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close to many restaurants and anything you might need. When I had a laundry issue, the hosts were wonderful, responding immediately and going above and beyond to assist me! My mother and I had a good night's sleep and would definitely stay here again. This would especially be a good place for an extended stay.

Amazing Stay! Family Friendly
Murwa is a wonderful host! Even with hiccups of things out of her control due to electricity being out, she was accommodating and willing to bring ice/ice chest for our food. The place is amazing and comfortable. When we return to Denver again we will be staying at this place, definitely family-friendly, stocked with household items, and easy to commute anywhere. Thank you Murwa, for making this trip fun and an adventure.
