6 Adults plus 18 Month Old had a very nice stay. 4 Level Contemporary had plenty of space and a great backyard to take in the fresh air. Full kitchen to create meals as you wish. Would stay here again!!

Great place for a family visit other families nearby. Conveniently located near I70. Very clean. The house has a lot of stairs and would not be good for handicapped.

Perfect Location
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is right near Golden and convenient to local attractions. Check in was super easy and the home was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable (including the beds!) and completely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway. Communication with the Property Manager was easy and response time was very quick. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice house and a good neighborhood. Well stocked with everything you would need if you were going to be cooking a meal. Could use better lighting outside the front door, as the last step blends in with the concrete around it and it would be easy to miss. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are no ba throoms on the floors where the kitchen and the tv room are. Very nice patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Great Home for Family Visit
This home had everything we needed for comfortable visit with family. It was clean and the floor plan was perfect for several groups to visit and eat meals. We enjoyed the outdoor space in back. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shops and restaurants. We were very pleased and will book this home again if available.

Great stay!
Very clean property in Arvada! We traveled with 5 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, linens and kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable. Outside sitting area was very comfortable. Great array of games to keep the kids busy during some down time. House was convenient to I-70, Golden, and downtown Denver. We would consider staying at the house again if in the area.

Arvada home
Nice, large property. Wonky air conditioning unit kept changing temps without us changing things. Guess it is programmed, but was 58 degrees at one point...so we put it at 71. Next thing I knew, we came back to a hot house and the air conditioner was set to cool to 84 degrees. ?? I couldn't figure it out. Other than that one glitch, the property is really nice. Parking is a problem if you have more than 2 vehicles visiting at once. Nice beds. Clean. Bring every bit of food you may need, including sugar. The only thing on-site is salt and pepper. I'm writing about the negative things, which were very minor. Overall, it was a good property and a good stay.

Arvada Stay
Our whole group loved this property in Arvada. The house was updated and comfortable. We especially loved the backyard and spend much of our time outside enjoying the landscaping and shade. I would highly recommend this property.
