Chic, modern, and full of sunlight, this newly built townhouse makes an ideal home base for taking in the best of Denver. Admire the breathtaking skyline views from the spacious rooftop deck, complete with a smart TV, firepit, and heaters (propane provided). Here in the coveted, trendy Sunnyside neighborhood on the city's northwest side, you'll find yourself in a walkable setting near shopping, dining, parks, and the light rail. The Downtown Aquarium, the River North Art District, Denver Art Museum, Molly Brown House Museum, McGregor Square, Elitch Gardens, History Colorado Center, Colorado State Capitol, Larimer Square, Denver Central Market, and 16th Street Mall are within three miles. You'll be close to Tennyson Street, LoHi, Coors Field, and Mile High Stadium.

Constructed in 2022, the house feels elegant and polished from top to bottom. The three stories span 2,139 square feet of living space, with sleek grays and clean lines throughout. (Stairs are required for entry). After a day out and about in the city, come home to recline in the open living room, perhaps flip on the gas fireplace, and watch a favorite movie on the spacious sectional.

Spend the day working from home at the desk by the window, then move into the unmatched chef's kitchen when it's time for dinner. You'll have high-end stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove with a hood, a breakfast bar with seating, and fun gadgets like a crockpot, blender, toaster, and Keurig coffee makers. K-cups, creamer, sugar, spices, dishware, and flatware are provided for your convenience. Your choice of dining areas includes an expansive island breakfast bar, an adjacent dining room table beneath a sparkling chandelier, and even a heated table and chairs outside on the deck.

The bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, each with its own bathroom. Two additional smart TVs, a PlayStation 5, central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, towels, linens, toiletries, and complimentary WiFi are also provided.
