The Space:
Welcome to our conveniently located and comfortable 2 King bedroom retreat in Aurora. This cozy upper unit features a fully equipped kitchen, making your stay a breeze. Relax in the comfortable bedrooms, enjoy modern amenities, and unwind in the living area. Please be mindful that the yard is shared with the lower tenant for a peaceful coexistence.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
Your comfort and privacy are paramount. Guests have their own separate and private entrance, ensuring easy access to the upper unit. For added convenience, the lower level tenant has a private and separate entrance through the garage, ensuring a seamless and private experience for everyone during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quiet, but centrally located neighborhood. There are fun restaurants and stores nearby. Before you leave, be sure to check out Downtown Denver. There are always fun activities going on.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by renting a car, Ubering, or taking the light rail.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the long-term tenant in the lower unit has a dog. However, they are considerate and typically keep their furry friend inside most of the time to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Great Home in a Quiet Neighborhood
We were in a transitional move to Colorado and Jeff was very accommodating! It helped ease our move and gave my family a temporary home until we moved into our permanent one. A great area and was a great experience.

We stayed just one night on our move across the country. If we had not arrived so late in the day and been so tired we would have found a hotel room instead. The house was not “remodeled” as advertised. There were damaged walls and doors. The carpet was old and dirty and smelled like smoke. The backyard was big but in terrible condition and the stairs and deck need to be replaced. I was only told very last minute that we would have to park in the gravel off to the side of the driveway and had no parking for our second vehicle. Forget street parking as there are No Parking signs along the street. There are downstairs neighbors that were blasting their tv and made my dogs bark. I would mot recommend staying here and not sure how there were any good reviews for this property.

Great place!
We stayed here for a wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! It was close to Denver, and was very clean. Jeff is also very accommodating! If we ever find ourselves in Aurora again we will definitely stay here again!

This location was quiet and comfortable. With a full kitchen, we were able to cook and have family over for dinner. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was a little tricky to find even with GPS, but once found, it is easy to access.
