All together great, but the cleanliness.
There were a few issues. . . First we found a heap of crumbs in one of the chairs and makeup spots on the bathroom wall. The light behind the private door should have been put into an off mode and remained off during our stay. The front door handle fell off and I secured the best I could, but it remained partially attached during the entire visit because maintenance could not fix it. The squeak of the steel frame bed frame anytime anyone rolled about and the lock’s not always locking behind us contrary to what I was informed. Other than these issues it was a nice spot to stay. Very nice, quiet neighborhood, very close to lots of things to see and do.

Good location. Lots and lots of emails throughout my stay from the propety management company checking in. Was advised via email after my first night that I was responsible for taking out garbage at the end of my stay. The photos definitely upsold the propety visually compared to how it was in reality. Almost everything I touched upon arrival felt dirty. Utensils were sticky, hairs were still on the walls in shower, hairs on the bedding, hairs on the lamp. The entire property had a wet mildew smell. This rental does not have air conditioning, it has plug in units in each window which run at a very loud noise level. All the window a/c units had the indicator light on to replace filters. Furniture wobbled. Overall, the entire unit was renovated and furnished to a sub-par quality. Off-street parking garage does not a small sized car. Not a terrible experience, but would not stay here again.
