This is one of the best bookings I've done on a BnB. This place was so well located within Denver - got to wherever I needed to be as quick as possible considering Denver traffic. The house was set up perfectly - the rooms were comfortable. The host even set up a great bottle of wine which left us feeling absolutely welcome. Definitely staying here again. A+++

Very nice spot
This was a very nice property. It was clean, quiet and had an updated kitchen and bath. The back yard was well groomed. The only thing that prevents this property from being truly first class are the mattresses in the bedrooms. One was worn and just serviceable and the other was a lumpy futon. Upgrade the mattresses and this place can’t be beat.

Cute and Quaint
As a family of 4 we enjoyed this cute and quaint little house. Loved the neighborhood and the other fun and beautiful houses around it. Super close to downtown. Awesome Bacon house restaurant that we went to for breakfast just one black away and amazing sushi a few blocks down. For the house being old, it has been renovated with a cute modern feel. Entry access was easy. Parking on the street was easy. It does have a really old basement that is blocked off if that concerns anyone. Cons: - The bedroom with the walk-in closet had a mattress that was super squishy and very uncomfortable. The other bedroom mattress was pretty firm. - There was some left over food in the cupboards (cheerios, spices, lemon juice) if that bothers anyone. - The house could use a deep down cleaning but wasn't terrible. - There were some dirty bathroom towels left in the hamper, but anyone could forget to look in it.

The Little House bungalow
Great neighborhood, easy parking and darling outside seating. sorry to say, someone forgot to put cushions outside away so they were soaking wet. Marginal help from property manager getting wifi connected, but it was Fourth of July. Property sorta unclean outside: windows, doors, backyard. Very small old bed, might consider making it a bigger one bedroom with new bigger bathroom and more functional closet. But overall, great! Thanks! PS: some artwork and fake plants and knickknacks and decorative touches would be nice.

what a quaint little house
My family stayed here for my conference and the house was very cozy and homy. Our toddler loved the indoor and outdoor space! It was within 15mins to downtown and many restaurants around. I would recommend this place to anyone especially family! The owner was very accommodating and considerate. She even gave us a bottle wine for welcome gift!

Perfect Spot
We knew nothing about Denver neighborhoods, this was a great choice. There were 3 of us that stayed and it was perfect. Walking distance to several places for necessities, food and, and night life. Easy to get downtown and to other neighborhoods. The back yard is wonderful for hanging out at the house. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and anything you need for cooking at home. We were all very happy choosing this location!

Lovely House!
My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing trip! The whole house was comfortable and cozy. And after a long day of flying with a toddler, it was nice to be greeted with a bottle of wine left by the host :) Great care was taken to help us feel like home. The house is in a great location for restaurants if you want to eat out and for grocery shopping if you want to cook on your own. It was also an easy drive to downtown tourist attractions.We were sad to leave and hope to stay again if we ever get to return to Colorado!
