Unbeatable location in Berkeley neighborhood
I stayed here for just over a month for work. Neighborhood is wonderful, there is a private parking spot, and a plethora of restaurants 5 minute walk away. Do not miss Bakery Four for incredible baked goods, and Hops & Pie has $7 Detroit pizzas on Thursdays. The host was immediately responsive. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in Mile High.

best location in Denver
Many restaurants, bars, breweries one street over. This is our favorite part of Denver. Bus to Downtown 3 blocks away. Very quiet at night. Enough space and the beds and couch were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for families
House is pretty old, but the location is PERFECT. It's in a hip popular district with vibrant restaurant scene, good coffee shops and lots of traffic, which is great. The house is back from the street, so it still feels quiet and secluded. We stayed there a month and loved it. Our daughter is 2 and we especially enjoyed being able to walk across the street to a playground.

Met all of our needs
Travel nurse here. I was looking for a small place in a safe neighborhood that had an outdoor space for my 2 small dogs, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer dryer. This house met all our needs! Everything worked great, and the owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
