This is a good-sized apartment, in the lower level of our house, in a very quiet neighborhood. We’re a stone's throw from the Arvada Center and many dining/shopping options. The apartment is fully furnished, with a full kitchen. There's even a washer/dryer available! Very fast wi-fi.

Comfortable stay in a nice location
The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. It was exactly as described. The neighborhood was very nice, and the location was perfect for our visit to Arvada and Westminster. Communications with the host were easy and he met us on our arrival. We would stay here again!

Great stay for 6-weeks in May-June 2024. Space very adequate for 2; well-equipped/supplied; quiet; shared laundry room conveniently located. Apartment was conveniently located for our needs and easy to access. Hosts were very helpful and easy to work with. Will definitely try to stay there again.

It’s ok
Owner greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the home. It is cozy but could use a better cleaning, dust on headboards. The beds are hard and the queen bed sinks in the middle. No hand soap. Parking is on the street and if you have another guest with a car, they will be parking down the street on corner and walking up to home. You can hear everything upstairs. It’s not bad for a quick stay.

Cute rental
Accurate description. Property manager was kind and helpful. We stayed 7 nights. The beds are old and very uncomfortable. They might be ok for a night or two, but made for a sleepless week.
