4 bedroom Cozy Townhome w/ 1car garage. - 15 min to Downtown Denver

Enjoy Colorado while you stay at my townhome. Welcome to my 3 level newly furnished, well decorated home whether you are traveling for business or vacation. Plenty of space for the family and friends to enjoy the town of Denver. High speed internet is available as well as Chrome-cast so you can connect your favorite apps and movies to the TV. Central heating available. This home has 3 private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 guests. 2 king beds and 2 queens beds, including the couches mid level, and basement level living rooms. Extra twin mattress located basement closet. Fully stocked kitchen with your modern appliances, oven, blender, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. One large dining table as well as a smaller high stool table for a smaller group.
Our clean bathrooms will come with a few sets of clean towels, shampoo, body wash, for your group.

Lots of nearby activities, restaurants and places. Easy and fast access to I-25, I-70 and I-36.

Don’t judge this book by its cover
From the front view, this property looks a bit shabby. But once you get inside, you’ll find a very nicely kept and updated place. It was clean and well-appointed, with high quality appliances and furniture. We chose it for the 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice area in back of the home which provided the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors after dinner. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who needs a bit more sleeping capacity in this area of NW Denver.

Beautiful Inside and Convenient Location!
This property was perfect for our family trip to Denver! Plenty of space to spread out to have your own space and enough room to gather together to eat or play games. Conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from downtown, it was an easy Uber ride to the Rockies game for our crew. Although the outside looks a little tired and dated, don’t judge because the inside was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We would absolutely stay here again!
