"This is a lovely, spacious and well-appointed house. It was too hot to make best use of the duvets, but the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery - and a dishwasher to avoid the washing up. The powered recliners were especially welcome after a day of much walking. Naturally there is quite a lot of farm activity in the area, but it was far enough away not to be intrusive, and the people on the farm were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a property to remember."

Overall, I was disappointed and felt that getting a few minor repairs done and providing better quality towels and bed linen would have made all the difference. "Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended"
