Parking for one ( 1) car only more parking available upon request. Centrally located in the heart ❤️ of Denton Very close to restaurants and bars and near by UNT campus. Cancelled with no notice
10 minutes before check in property owner cancelled reservation. Said a water leak "still not had been fixed" meaning we could have been notified AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. We were from out of state and had to scramble to find alternate accommodations. Never want to use VRBO again.

Had an issue with the original unit we we’re supposed to stay in so the owner upgraded us to a house. Very nice house and quiet neighborhood.

The property I booked was not the property that we stayed in. I was told after I contacted the host that there was an issue in apartment we booked. The apartment was up an uneven staircase which I also was not expecting. The apartment was very clean and had a nice kitchen. The bathroom was very small and the shower curtain was not heavy enough so it blew it the tub, making a small shower even smaller. However, the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water 😀 The bed was set very high, but was comfortable once got in it. I tried to watch the news on the tv while getting ready but there was signal. Overall, it was a nice stay. I wasn’t in the room much and it met my needs.

No frills stay
It was as described. We just needed a crash of that was walking distance from the town square. We really enjoyed walking around town and exploring the town square. we will be back.

Good: functioning kitchen w/ appliances, coffee maker, retro fridge, tv, decent AC (two window units) Bad: old/dirt, feels like hostel, broken bathtub knobs and spider came out of bathtub, towels didn't look clean, one thin blanket for bed, thin walls can hear neighbor, got a major rash chin/neck down from sheets....it's not bad if you're on a budget or staying ONE night only.

The apartment was fully furnished and very comfortable and clean; however, there were only two bath towels (no wash cloths and no hand towels), and there was NO bath soap or body wash in the shower. I would also have liked to have had some paper towels in the kitchen.

Perfect Denton Spot
My partner and I are from the area and we stayed here to visit family. It’s the perfect location to be able to walk to the square or fry street. It was just what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

All you need in a compact space, comfortable arrangements with parking on the premises. Nice touches throughout the apartment, such as an extra blanket, a space heater, and some dry goods in the kitchen.
