Fabulous
The house was so big and spacious and the surprise was the pool table room. We had wonderful family visits in the kitchen and cozy evenings on the couch, plenty of bedrooms bathrooms and it was very accommodating.

Pleasant home away from home
The house was exactly as the listing stated. The beds were comfortable and the billiard table kept us busy during down time. The owners communicated in a very timely manner and when a problem did occur, he was there in 5 minutes to remedy the situation.

Family Spring Break Vacation
First time staying in a house while on vacation with the kids and it was great. They loved the extra room to use as theirs to play and watch tv. It felt very homey. Communication was quick The only thing is under most of the furniture the floors were very dirty. Otherwise the house was great!

Great property
This is a beautiful home. We traveled with 8 people total: me, my husband, and our 6 children aged 1, 6, 10, 10, 11, ,14. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2 living areas, with the second one having a pool table which was used every day by my family. The check in process was very easy. The host was very responsive and answered me within minutes of every inquiry I had. The location seems to be in a nice neighborhood, it is a little drive to Dallas, but that was known when we booked it. I highly recommend this property and host.

Wedding weekend
The house was cozy, welcoming, and very clean. There was an issue with the water heater while we were there but the homeowner responded quickly to our concerns and came over promptly. We didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would’ve liked since we were busy with a wedding but we enjoyed our stay. Wished our kiddo had been with us to enjoy the playground in the backyard! :)

Met My Needs
The house was nice was a little bit concerned on how well it was cleaned when we found a dirty sock under the dresser. The other thing that was a concern was we saw little worms in the house and with the infant that was concerning, there was only one dish pod left to wash dishes so if we had planned to cook, we would only have been able to wash one time and then we would’ve had to go and purchase something to wash the dishes and that could’ve been that my fault because I didn’t look at what all was included I didn’t notice if it said it would have things like that to clean, even though there were instructions to put the dishes in the dishwasher when you left and not knowing the location it was in a neighborhood and there was quite a bit of traffic all through the night and you could also hear train and made it difficult to fall asleep. It was not terribly bad because it met my purpose of being able to spend time with my niece.

Good location and quiet
Location is good, checkin was a breeze, minus 1 star for being unable to get the bath tub drain to stay down and for some questionable breaks in the front bedroom window. Everything else about this property was fine. Beds very comfy. Just minor issues with the water pressure/temp in showers and the tub drain.

Ist and for most the house was cleaner than any rental I have stayed in and very much appreciated. The owner is very responsive and never had to wait for them to get back to us. Unfortunately the AC was not working correctly and we spent the 1st night pretty warm. The owner had someone out the same day to fix the ac but we ended up spending the whole day out due to the warmth in the house. The only thing I was not aware of when choosing the rental was that the house is unlevel and not all the doors closed, including the guest bathroom. If I was aware I may have not chosen to rent. That being said I may consider renting it again due to how clean and responsive the owners are.

College move in weekend
My daughter and her best friend are starting college together and staying here provided both families the chance to hang out, reminisce, and go through all the emotions together. We enjoyed having that time together and making new memories.
