BolivarPlace whole upstairs 2 br/1 bath Within walking distance to Downtown/TWU

#BolivarPlace is within walking distance of downtown Denton and TWU (also about 1 mile from UNT). We offer 2 large rooms with queen size beds with double doors opening to the balcony. Included is an additional cozy living/media area with a 50 inch TV (Netflix, AmazonTV), fresh roasted coffee, microwave and small refrigerator (no full kitchen). There is also a 40" Roku TV in the Cypress Room. This rental is only the upstairs of our house and the owners live downstairs.

The entrance is private and so you can come and go as you desire.

Our queen size beds have plenty of blankets. Soft towels. A balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.
Our unique entrance to the 2nd story allows for entry/exit without contact with the homeowners.

Neighborhood: Charming, relaxed atmosphere within close walking distance to downtown (6 blocks), TWU (5 blocks), UNT (1 mile) and Quaker park (6 blocks). Large selection of great restaurants, local craft breweries and shopping nearby. Many nights you can hear live music coming from the square or other venues from our balcony. FYI: There is a train that runs through downtown Denton that you will hear occasionally. If you are a light sleeper, we suggest staying in a hotel by Razor Ranch.

Very nice place with a short walk to everything that the Denton Square area has to offer. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Pleasant and Convenient
A pleasant stay with enough space for everyone and a nice balcony. The area was a short trip from many stores, restaurants, and other spots in Denton. Rental has one sliding door between upper and lower level and we were able to hear the property owners on one of the nights. However, earplugs were also provided.

Great Place to Stay!
We had a family wedding in Denton, which is over 5 hours away for us. This was an excellent place for our family to stay while we were in town. Comfortable, clean, and convienient. Very nice!

Super comfy beds
We came to Denton for my sisters college graduation. The house is super close to downtown Denton and is definitely walkable (safe). I am a terrible sleeper when I travel, but I slept like a baby and so did my sisters. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. With all the close amazing restaurants in Denton, we didn’t miss that there wasn’t a full kitchen. The house is decorated beautifully with all the art. The owners gave perfect instructions to the house and we got settled in without issue. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We would definitely stay there again when visiting my sister in Denton.

Best Ever
The Bolivar Place was amazing. It was absolutely perfect for myself and my parents for the weekend. We were able to walk to the square and to multiple bars and restaurants. Cheryl decorates with her very own paintings and they are beautiful. I actually bought a couple and my brother bought one also. She is very talented and accommodating. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Denton after finding this gem!

Careful they lie
We were charged for smoking inside we never smoked inside. I don’t even smoke inside my home they were loud downstairs. I was very uncomfortable it wasn’t the cleanest wish I just would of gotten a hotel less noise and more privacy

May never stay at a VRBO again......
We did not stay at property... entering the downstairs there was a lobby that smelled like dirty cat litter-our "area" was upstairs, there was not a door to close off. Worst was the food crumbs we discovered on the day bed where my daughter was going to sleep-the owner quickly came up apologizing saying he had been "eating and watching TV up there last night" . This was obvious seeing the bed , throw pillows and comforter had been sat on. His solution to the problem was to dust the food off with his hands and begin fluffing the pillows. I asked him if the place had been sanitized or cleaned???. Then we discovered the trash in bathroom & bedrooms were FULL...of dirty tissues, used face mask & empty water bottles. This place was disgusting, obviously not been cleaned and we left immediately. As we were leaving he was frantically stripping sheets off beds and had his cleaning supplies out. Only positive thing I can say is they refunded the total amount immediately. Wish I could post pictures taken of the food on bed and all the trash. Can't believe anyone would do this during a pandemic.
