Sleeps 14 guests and features 2700 square feet main house and separate 774 square foot guest house, along with a huge half acre of fenced in yard. Conveniently situated directly south of Main St. You will be right around the corner from many of the great restaurants and shops of Dennisport, and best of all 7/10 of a mile to a number of gorgeous sandy beaches on Nantucket Sound.

After parking up to 6 cars in the large driveway, open main door to the main house and you will find yourself in a clean and open full kitchen with gas range and dishwasher.

Off of the kitchen, run will find the 1st floor laundry and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the other side , the kitchen leads to a living area with couch seating and a mounted flat screen smart TV and a dining area with seating for 8. There is another living area next to the dining room with na couple comfortable armchairs in front of a wood fireplace (not for guest use)- great relaxing area/reading book. Continue on the first floor to find 3 bedrooms . And large full bathroom and half bathroom.

The separate guys house located behind the main , has its own private entrance and features a living area with couch seating and mounted smart TV. A full kitchen and full bathroom with shower and 2 more bedrooms, one queen and 1 bunk beds. Outside the guest house is a huge fenced in backyard, which offers more than enough space for running around, yard games.

Other amenities include window A/C units in all the bedrooms, propane grill, WIFI.
