Very Disappointing-BRING YOUR OWN LINENS/TOWELS
Very Disappointed for the following reasons.
1, Per Hotels.com website, we were told to contact the facility for instructions as how to get in the condominium especially when we were arriving late. It took 2 calls to Hotels.com to contact the facility after three attempts of leaving voice messages and emails. Finally, got a response after three days.
2. Found the instruction taped on the office door. Had a hard time looking for the unit one because it was poorly lit, secondly, because the unit numbers "54" were obscured by the screen door, and the number "5" was almost non visible due to peeled paint on the number "5". We arrived at past 11 pm.
3. Found out that we had to make our own bed, the mattress was very light but comfortable enough. The towels looked worn-out.
4. There were total of 6 pillows provided (2 in the closet and 4 on the bed but with only 2 pillow cases.
5. Closet looks untidy w/extra blankets folded w/out care. Dirty patio tables/chairs-did not use.see pix
6. There was no kitchen towel nor paper towels.
7. When I inquired the next day, the staff told me that they do not provide bedding and towels and that it was in the "Fine Prints" in the website. Which was not...because I searched for it. Also he alluded that he was going to do something for us...which never happened.
8. Very difficult to get in touch with management after hours. Should there be an emergency, there was no number provided since there is no one available at the facility.
