This cozy beach cottage is a perfect getaway for those seeking a classic Cape Cod vacation.

The homes positioning on the street provides beautiful natural lighting from the crack of dawn until the sun sets.

The house was purchased in October and since then everything has been renovated. The renovations include a beautiful outdoor patio perfect for grilling and entertaining guests, an outdoor shower, bathroom, kitchen, living room, both bedrooms, and the sun-room which is the perfect place to wind down with a cocktail after a day on the beach.

The proximity could not be more ideal - 5 minute walk to the beach, Sundae School, the Ocean House, the Pelham House, the Wee Packet, Bandera's Market, Wooden Shoe, Woolfies Bakery, and many other local establishments.

The house sleep 4 comfortably with an additional pull-out mattress in the living room if needed for a 5th guest. The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds - perfect for the kids.

Great Little Family Getaway
This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay over a long weekend. The bonus sunroom was our favorite room to relax in. We couldn’t get the washing machine to start and found the beds a tad squeaky but would definitely stay here again. Great location and cozy.

Clean, Cozy, and Cute Cottage
Our stay was fantastic - just what we needed. The neighborhood is quaint with friendly neighbors and a nearby beach. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Wonderful cape cottage close to many activities
My two young children and husband stayed at Frank's cottage in Dennis as a home base for activities around the cape. It was perfect as a central location - we spent time in Dennis, Chatham, and Orleans. It was also a clean and relaxing place to return home today after a day at the beach. Frank was such a kind and generous host - he contacted us the day of our stay to tell us that we could check in early. We would definitely come back in the future.

Absolutely Lovely!
We had the best stay at Frank's Cozy Cottage! My husband, 3 year old and 2 year old and I all stayed here for a week and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was quintessential Cape Cod. The yard was fantastic as well! With two little children who need naps, we still very much felt like we were on vacation while we grilled and lounged outside. Frank also was a wonderful host who went above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had the nicest time at Frank's Cozy Cape Cod Beach Cottage. Perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The decor and comfort were wonderful. Location was great to the beach, shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen if you want to have a meal in. Communication with Frank was excellent! Would 100% reccomend!

What a special place! Frank’s house was perfect for our family of three - thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, it is a bright and happy house. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook and grill, plenty of seating and space for meals/games/relaxing outside, and a big private outdoor shower for use after a day at the beach! We found it to be a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery. Frank was available and responsive. Seamless check-in and departure. Beach nearby is good for families and easily walkable.

Excellent property and very friendly host
I stayed at Frank's place with my wife and two other friends. The house is great for four adults, well stocked with everything one would need. Frank was a gracious host, very responsive to any questions I had. He even lent us beach chairs for the weekend.
