Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous view every morning, just steps away from the private ocean beach! Master Bedroom has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, an en-suite full bath with shower/tub combo, a large window, and a smart TV; Bedroom #2 also has an ocean view with a full sized bed and a bunk bed, large window, a smart TV, and a full bath with a shower. In the living room a large sliding glass doors opening to the super-sized balcony with a spectacular 180-degree panoramic view of Nantucket sound. Beautiful kitchen with eat-in area overlooking ocean. An incredible waterfall quartz island. Subzero refrigerator, wolf stove, microwave, wine cooler, and stainless steel appliances. Living room has a smart TV. Central AC, central heating, Washer and Dryer inside the penthouse. Linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is located on the fourth floor. We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Cod ocean-front penthouse! It is very clean and includes everything you need for a luxury stay on the cape. The views are world class! Our host checked to make sure everything was perfect on the first day. It was truly a fantastic rental experience!

The penthouse was a wonderful spot to spend a relaxing few days. Located near so many of our favorite beaches, restaurants, etc. Well appointed with anything you would need. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets greeted us every day. Host was informative and responded to our inquiries timely. Look forward to staying there again.

Wow this place is absolutely beautiful! We had an incredible vacation. We loved the private balcony overlooking the water and the private beach. The condo was extremely clean and we loved the luxurious kitchen with all the amenities needed. We will be back!

Amazing Views!
We just had a beautiful mid October escape and this place was perfect. Relaxing morning coffee with sparkling water views in all directions, followed by memorable beach strolls with our Portuguese Water Dog, ending with spectacular sunsets on the deck. This place, these views, stunning! We hope to be back soon!

The penthouse was absolutely stunning with every luxury you could think of. The best views on the cape and it being Labor Day weekend there were firework views every night just sitting from the balcony. Will definitely be staying beret again.

Great Condo on the Beach
We stayed at this property for 2 nights when we went to a wedding nearby, and it was perfect! We had time to enjoy some of the surrounding activities and restaurants, and enjoy the amazing views from the unit and balcony. The unit was clean, the owner responsive about check in procedures, and it had everything we needed for our stay. I would be glad to go back for a longer visit! Highly recommend!

July 4th Week Family Vaca.
Unique 4th floor beachfront 2 bdrm. Grand Kitchen-family room is spectacular as it opens to the porch. Area is quiet, accessible to dining, other beaches. Property has a specious and wonderful private beach.
