Mid Cape classic beach cottage featuring 3 bedrooms and a four season room with windows all around and a comfortable futon sofa. Each bedroom and family room are equipped with ceiling fans to take advantage of the cool ocean breeze but window AC units are also In place if needed. Want to relax, play board games or catch up on TV or social media, there is a comfortably furnished living room with large HD Smart TV, cable and wireless internet. Kitchen with compact stove, full size fridge, microwave, dish ware, glass, utensils, coffee maker. A washer and dryer helps you conveniently manage all those beach towels and bathing suits. Beautifully landscaped property with a large private fenced in back yard, deck with patio furniture, large gas grill and a comfortable private outdoor shower. Perfect for small children and pets to play so you can sit back and relax knowing they cannot wander. Walk to Glendon beach and many local restaurants. The shed is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys with a beach wagon to use for your convenience. Short drive to Sea St, South Village and West Dennis beaches. Dennisport/Mid Cape offers so much locally but is also the perfect launching point for awesome day trips to Wellfleet/National sea shore, Provincetown or ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Ample parking for 6 vehicles. Beds are left unmade with Bed linen, bath and beach towels available for use. Cottage is professionally cleaned prior to each rental period. Plan to bring consumables such as hand and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. Trash is picked up from the yard weekly.

Great Location!
We had a nice spring stay in Dennis! This was a great location an easy 5 min walk to Glendon Beach. Since we had to bring our dog, this home was ideal with the fenced in yard with plenty of room to roam. The house was cozy with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again!

Look forward to coming to the Cape every year! The house is in a great location & is just perfect for us. We love walking our dogs by the beach & so many restaurants that we can bike to. Bill is super responsive & great to deal with! Can’t wait for next year!

Lovely Pet Friendly Cottage
This was our 2nd time starting at this property ! The cottage features a very large fenced in backyard, patio, grill very pretty landscaping too ! Very clean and comfortable home with all the necessities you’d need ! Quiet neighborhood, minutes from the ocean ! Excellent communication with owner !

Quick spring weekend away with kids
We decided to sneak away for a quick weekend on the cape. Bill’s property was the quintessential cape cottage that’s typical for the area. There were only four of us but the house could have accommodated more if needed with the flexible layout. Although this was off season and chilly, we still made the short walk to the beach and went to a few little restaurants in the adjacent area. If you’re looking for a brand new, luxury property, this may not be the place for you, but it’s great for a laid back, mid-cape, beach cottage experience. The fact that it’s dog friendly was a plus for us, yet showed no signs of previous canine use other than the dog bowls conveniently provided.

Favorite week of the year!
This is our 3rd year staying at Bill’s property. The location is great, the house is perfect for our needs & having a fenced in yard is great for our little dog. I grew up coming to the Cape every summer & it’s just one my favorite weeks out of the year. Bill is very responsive & we look forward to staying next year!

Adorable cottage, great location, beautiful fenced in backyard. Not updated which is perfect when you have pets! Has everything you need, appreciated the washer/dryer! It was just me and the pup, but can easily accommodate more. Gorgeous neighborhood. Great communication with host. Would love to stay again.

Great Vacation
The property is located on a nice side street with a short walk to Glendon Beach. There also many larger beaches within a short drive distance. What makes this property is the beautiful yard fenced in for dogs and kids. We also loved the outdoor shower. Bill ,the owner, was also wonderful to work with. My husband and I would love to rent again.

This is my second time staying at this property. It has a beautiful backyard with an outdoor shower. The yard is fenced in and pet friendly. The dogs love it!!! Nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Renting next year as well. Bill, the owner, is wonderful to work with.

Quick weekend away
Cute little cape house with plenty of room for 4. Great fenced in backyard. Convenient location. Short walk to small beach. Need to drive or bike to some of the other bigger beaches. The biggest downfall was the cleanliness. This is a dog friendly property, but it did not appear to be vacuumed or cleaned sufficiently before our arrival. There was dog hair everywhere. That kind of ruined my experience of staying at this house. With proper cleaning and new couch/living room rug, this property would provide a more pleasant stay.

Such a great house for the 2 of us and the dogs
This house was perfect for us. The location to the beach (.30 miles). Easy walk! Don't spend $30 to park at the beach when you can walk. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs. If you have dogs or even kids that may wander off, no need to worry. Backyard is 100% fenced in. Loved the outdoor shower!! Grill worked great. Easy to get on wifi. TV worked great. All bedrooms have A/C so that was great. The only thing I would say negative is that we thought the cleaners could've done a slightly better job but that doesn't keep me from giving this place 5 stars.
