"This property suited our needs on a very basic level. We had a place to sleep, a place to cook, and a place to sit. Communication with the host was ok – it sometimes took a bit of time to respond (may have been working, or otherwise occupied), but once he did, communication was quick. The Screened in porch was very nice, and the BBQ looked new. Wifi speed was very good.
