Owner was a bit slow responding & we didn’t get details until about an hour before check in which was a little unnerving. There is almost no outside lighting which was hard when we returned in the dark and rain with bumpy ground and uneven stone steps. An auto sensor flood light would be a big improvement. "My wife and I rented this tiny house with another couple to use as a base for a few ski days at Mt Washington. It was about 15 minutes from the Mt Wash parkway turnoff - quite easy to get to, and there is a nearby grocery store. Overall a lovely stay! Beautiful property with great sauna access, well heated (in winter), and functional full kitchen.
