Worry free, relaxing fun time!
Kids and I loved the foosball table and walking the property. The coffee was delicious and we enjoyed the kitchen to make pancakes and the fire pit to roast hotdogs and marshmallows. Loved that the cellular data only came in enough to look up things to do so the kids would enjoy the cabin and nature. Thanks for hosting us!

What a beautiful property! We took a stroll around the grounds and enoyed the beautiful scenery, bird song, and peaceful atmosphere. We were looking for a peaceful getaway and that's what we got! Great communication and hospitality.

Wonderful Weekend!!!

My family and I rented the Cabin for a Christmas getaway and we were SO impressed and had the BEST time!! Highly recommend! The property manager was so sweet and even put a Christmas tree up for us! Will definitely book another stay!!

Renting with Amber was an easy experience. She answered all of my questions when I needed and had no problems. Great place to stay when you need to get out of the city but close to one when you need it.

A Great Place to Disconnect
My family needed this. A quiet cabin surrounded by nature. No distractions, just time together. When we felt extra adventurous the Wildlife Refuge and Eisenhower State Park were beautiful and entertaining for the whole family. Our boys loved the campfire, the hiking trails, and THE TRIPLE BUNK! Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!

Great country getaway
We had a great time, played tennis, badminton and baseball in the yard, went to the Bonham Safari Park and Eisenhower state park. Clean property with fully stocked kitchen. Able to cook without feeling like I was missing anything which is saying something. Highly recommend.

The host was very respectful and very good at communicating and seemed to be very friendly, the only issue that I had was the AC. It worked well during the night time, but during the day the home temperature would get up to 80° even with it on. But other then that, I enjoyed the stay and had a good time.

Bells Texas visit
Outdoor space is great, really beautiful. Nice refrigerator and kitchen space. Comfortable master bed. The other room with bunk beds not used but really only made for children. No door on master bath but the other hallway bath is good to go. No TV which is actually ok with me, reading and outdoor family time was much needed without electronic distractions. We will be back for sure.

We did not stay here after we saw the location, conditions of the beds, there was no TV, in the pictures we looked at, they showed a TV in the living room. We do not approve of this house!

“Roughing It”
Everything was great! Took my kids to the cabin to get away for a week and we had a great time. Our only complaint was the lack of tv or internet — which was a surprise. To be fair, the listing does not include tv or internet among its listed amenities, but we just assumed those things were so standard/automatic that we never thought twice about the fact that they weren’t listed! And to top it off, the cell service is pretty spotty out there — so we (especially my kids) were really “roughing it” for the week! Once we adjusted, though, we still had a great time.

Cute cabin, good for families doing trip to lake
The cabin was great. Just a few things to know. Warning; no internet and weak signal from the cellular carriers. And, it's really hot in Texas right now, 100+ F in July and August. The air conditioning had trouble keeping the temperature in the house down. Other times of year, I'm sure it's fine. Lastly, Denison closes down EARLY on Sunday. We had trouble finding dinner at 7:00 PM.

Family time in Bells Texas
Had a nice time seeing family in Bells, Texas. Stayed here for the second time. Great little place to get away and not be bothered. Easy drive to Bells, Bonham, Denison Love it

Adorable Cabin
We stayed here for a weekend for a family get together nearby. It was so cute inside. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean! Tons of games and activities for families to do/use and all the household supplies you could need! It could use some signage not to open the side door but we loved it over all and plan to stay again next year for our family gathering!
