The flat is on the first floor (with lift) and from the balcony overlooks the attractive Mediterranean style gardens with a large communal swimming pool. The flat has a living-dining room, a closed kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two interior bathrooms. Furthermore, there is a covered terrace with table and chairs and a parking space.
The Space:
Double walled solid construction with insulation, Alu windows, shutters, fitted kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 1 bedroom with a bed 1,35 x 1,90 m and fitted wardrobes, the 2 bedroom with each 2 beds 0,90 x 1,90 m and the 3 bedroom with 1 bed 0,90 x 1,90 m and fitted wardrobes, electro heating possibel, artificial marble floors, one shower bath and one bathtube bath, hot water via electric boiler, optional WIFI Internet, satellite TV(only free "news" channels), garage parking for 1 car and an bicicle, big comunity pool, cold outdoor shower etc.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. On the day of departure, we will return to check the condition of the house and charge the electricity.
The Neighborhood:
Very quiet communal area in Denia, Las Marinas, only 200 m to the beach and 3 km to the centre of Denia. In the direct surroundings there are restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities.
Other Things to Note:
Electricity is charged at 0.30 €/kWh according to actual consumption. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The use of the internet is free of charge.
Optional services:
- 1x bed linen and 2x towels (large and small) at 20€/person.
- 1x pool towel for 10 €/person.
- 50€/dog per stay.
In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights. If you wish to rent a property for less nights please contact us.
For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.
This property is registered in the Tourism Register under the number: VT-443581-A, and is managed by the agency Stella Inmo Consulting with the tourism number EGVT-803-A.
Interaction with Guests:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, all guests must complete an online check-in form, in compliance with regional regulations, which will be sent to you 14 days prior to arrival. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
