Our staff and guests must undertake to wear masks and maintain a distance of 2 metres when interacting in person at all times.
All flats have Hydroalcoholic Gel for use by guests.
Cleaning and disinfection process in accordance with the protocols of the health authorities
We ventilate the space before and during cleaning.
We use disinfectants approved by the health authorities for each type of surface.
Cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils are cleaned and disinfected.
Bed linen and towels are delivered washed at high temperatures, disinfected and sealed.
Aditionally we apply ozone disinfection.
The price includes :

Cleaning and change of linen at each entry/exit
Water and electricity consumption.

For long term rentals (more than 3 weeks), the price DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION and a DEPOSIT OF 200€ will be taken at check-in.
