With many activities on site (kayaking, golf and much more), this very convenient family vacation home has everything to please you. The access to the property is done with a special key that will be given to you upon your arrival by Johanna and will guarantee you a very high security. Thanks to the parking of the accommodation, you can easily make the trip of 3 minutes to the marina of Dénia or 9 minutes to the Natural Park of Montgó. Back from your getaway, treat yourself to a moment of wellness by a communal pool, which, although collective, only 2 or 3 of you will be able to swim or sunbathe on the lawn surrounding the pool. And discover a garden where you can sip a cocktail in complete tranquility in the decor of this excellent establishment, which also offers a terrace or patio and outdoor furniture. You will be in one of the most beautiful gardens in Spain and you will see it wherever you are in the accommodation. Once you're back from your explorations, enjoy the comforts of home: free Wi-Fi, TV with cable or satellite channels and a stereo. This vacation rental has a dining area, barbecue facilities, air conditioning and limousine/berliners. Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, towels and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, microwave and cooking utensils. You don't need to carry a lot of extra clothes: you will also have a washing machine at your disposal. Not far from Denia you can explore the exceptional land caves, take a trip to the sea to discover the coast and the underwater caves, or go canoeing. On Friday mornings go to the vegetable and fruit market at very low prices in the center of town. Enjoy the sea and the mountains in the same place of the town which is not very populated and taste the good food served in the many typical Spanish restaurants.

Access to the property by special key given on arrival by Johanna. No one can enter the property without the special key. Kayak, golf, sea and land caves, sea walks, dream beach at 3 minutes, mountain at 11 minutes, excellent restaurants, fruit and vegetable markets by dear, very nice little town. Mi pareja y yo estábamos buscando un lugar apartado tranquilo y apartado del ruido y lo hemos encontrado. Los pequeños problemas que nos encontramos al llegar, Jean los solucionó enseguida. La piscina, excelente y con mantenimiento diario, al igual que los jardines. Muy cerca de la playa . La verdad, muy contentos. Muchas gracias Jean.

Appartement bien situé avec une vue sur le Mongo. La résidence est bien entretenue et très calme, propice au repos. Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique. Le reproche serait l'exposition de la terrasse très chaude en milieu de journée pour y déjeuner et un mobilier un peu vieillissant. Bon séjour

Friendly host, quiet location with lovely pool. Negative toilet dirty and kitchen needs deep clean.

It was a good value for money apartment. The location was lovely and tranquil, with a nice pool area and close by shops. The apartment just needed to be cleaned to a higher level. Lovely comfy sofa bed but very hard double bed. But we only needed a stop gap as we were house hunting so it was okay, once I cleaned the toilet and kitchen!
