Cleiricach is a well equipped cottage in a location that has a view over a patchwork of fields. As owners of 2 collie-x's, the garden was of a decent size and fully enclosed. The cottage was well equipped with the nearest main supermarket around 25 minutes away. Katie the owner was friendly, attentive and not intrusive. The pool table was a bonus for rainy days and evenings. Cottage was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

We had a great family holiday get together at this wonderful house.
We had a great family holiday get together at this wonderful house. 5 adults, 2 children and dogs. Plenty of room for us all, brilliant kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for everyone. Location for us was brilliant nice and peaceful away from any traffic in the middle of nowhere with lovely views which is just what we where looking for. If your looking to get away from it all this is the perfect location. Great garden for the dogs and children very secure and plenty of room to run around. Highly recommended. Katy the owner is a lovely lady, very friendly and always on hand if we needed anything. We are even planning our next visit already.

Our 2nd holiday at Cleiriach.
Our 2nd holiday at Cleiriach. Very welcoming by the owner as guests to her own home. Lovely house in a wonderful rural location with superb views. If you want peace and quiet, this is ideal. Don't be put off by the 'rough' track from the road, it is perfectly manageable in an ordinary car - and adds to the feeling of solitude. Excellent.

Fantastic house and host, Katie was very helpful but not intrusive.
Fantastic house and host, Katie was very helpful but not intrusive. Very well equipped with everything you would need. The location was stunning but difficult to find and the track to the house was a bit rough. If you like piece and quiet and being off the beaten track this is the place for you. You can unwind and enjoy the views with sheep and cows regularly coming up to the garden fence. We also had wonderful weather. The area has lots of things to do nearby and we would recommend for a large family gathering. The games room was an added bonus and was well used.

Host Kate was very welcoming.
Host Kate was very welcoming. She even went out to look for the Tesco delivery man when he couldn't locate the farmhouse. Everything you could possibly need was available. Kate even bought a new slow cooker for us to use after asking if she had one. Comfy beds, loads of towels, plates, crockery etc. Full size fridge and freezer was great. Only downside was I couldn't get a mobile signal and the WiFi at the house was a bit intermittent. The track to the house was also a bit bumpy! Would definitely recommend. The dogs loved it to

The house was really lovely and there was a very warm welcome.
The house was really lovely and there was a very warm welcome. The house is large and warm, plenty of room for the nine of us and the dog was made welcome. The younger members of the party loved the games room. The views from each window were fantastic and it was particularly joyous to see the lambs skipping in the sunshine. However, there were some disappointments with the local area. The nearest pub did not serve meals without booking and they didn’t even have a menu, though once a month there is a great quiz night which we really enjoyed. Although the house is on two marked treks - the Pilgrim’s way and the Clwyddian Way, the paths were not always well marked and easy to follow with missing stiles and cattle in fields. We tried hard to buy local produce and spend money in the local economy but in the end most things were bought in Morrisons in Denbigh and were exactly the same as we buy at home.
