-Private Sauna and hot tub
-Wood burning stone fireplace
-Air conditioning
-Spacious patio for entertaining.

Main floor
With an open floor plan this home offers a great room with soaring Tamarak ceiling heights and a floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace on the main floor, summoning you to relish the warmth that it provides during the colder months. Also, on the main floor is a large entry way, dining area, newly remodeled kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom and the master bedroom with a king size bed.

Upper floor
Upstairs provides an entertaining area in the loft with comfortable seating, flat screen TV and DVD player along with WIFI throughout the house. In addition to four bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms. This home delivers the ideal amount of space for everyone.

Relax in the private Sauna and Hot Tub

From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.

Technology:WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV, cellular service, and high-speed internet are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is DSL and ranges between 4-9 mbps depending on the time of day and how many people are online.  **Internet service in the Mt. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:  We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.

Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Groceries: Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away).  There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations.  Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons.  Please come prepared with provisions.

Perfect place for big groups
Couldn’t have picked a better place for our group of 9 friends to celebrate a birthday and ride baker. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is key, walking distance to chair 9, ample parking for multiple vehicles and storage for all your gear. Great kitchen and dining room for family meals. And very comfy living room for relaxing. Great responsive host too. Thanks!!

Lovely place for a large group!
We returned back to this house because we enjoyed it the first time and wasn't disappointed! It's always been well maintained and in good condition. Our family went skiing at Mt. Baker and this house is perfectly situated in Glacier. It's close to stores, restaurants, ski rentals, etc. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner, thanks to a well stocked kitchen. The sauna was perfect for sore muscles at the end of a long ski day.

Clean, beautiful and all around charming
I don't even know where to begin with this amazing place. First off, the owner was an absolutely lovely person, and she made it very easy to check in and out. The beautiful, very spacious, warm and inviting place made me feel right at home. It really made me dread having to leave the place. I will be a repeat customer every time I return to this area, without question.

Really perfect for our family of 6
Lovely property in a very nice gated community. The hot tub and sauna were great, internet better than reported and beautifully decorated. The only thing I'd change is the kitchen: really small to cook for our group, the fridge door blocks kitchen entrance when open (some models you can switch the door to the other side, which I'd recommend) and if the dishes were kept in the cupboard opposite the dishwasher, one would have more than 6 " on one side to put them away when the dishwasher door is open. We had a great time romping the trails from Artist's Point and exploring the trail along the Nootsak River, within the community. Would definitely rent again. Thank you.

Unreasonable owner & not good for kids!
I would not recommend renting this cabin, especially to families w/ children. There is a staircase, that leads to all but one of the bedrooms, that could be a safety issue for kids and/or elderly. Aside from the dangerous staircase I thought the owner also had VERY unreasonable check out procedures and standards. If you do rent this house be prepared to spend the better part of your last day checking off the to-do list.

Nice place overall
The cabin was cute and comfortable, and it was great to have a pool available. But the list of dos and don'ts seemed rather long---it was hard to keep track of all of them and make sure everyone in our group followed them. The owner had nicely allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, but unfortunately the key was not where it was supposed to be when we tried to check in, due to the owner providing the wrong instructions to the previous guest. We were able to reach her, and she tried to resolve our situation, but it was over an hour before we managed to gain access to the complex or the house, which was quite a pain with three cars of people including 4 kids in tow. We asked for some compensation for this inconvenience, and she seemed willing to accommodate us, but in the end she just offered was a discount on future bookings, which we won't be able to take advantage of as we don't live in the area. I doubt this particular situation would recur for any other guests--I'm sure she'll be sure to upload the correct copy of the instructions in the future. It was just kind of a bummer for us.

Location was great for hiking and coastal visits. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of activities nearby. I would give this property a 4.5 rating due to hair left in shower and bathroom floors when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels and all necessary items.

Nice fall getaway
The cabin has a beautiful renovated kitchen and living room area with a big leather couch. Plenty of plates, cups and utensils in the kitchen. Nice hot tub with extra towels. We did not try the sauna but ot looked nice as well. What we were not impressed with at all were the showers in the upstairs bathrooms. Very old, flimsy and the sealing on the outside of one of them had a lot of black mold. Not something I would call luxury (propery was rented by Luxury Getaways). Another major letdown was that the huge dining table had only 6 chairs. A cabin that sleeps 10 should have 10 dining chairs so people can eat together. Overall we had a good time with our friends but will not be returning to this cabin.

Great location for large family groups
Our group of seven adults and three kids had a wonderful time at this cabin. There are four equal bedrooms upstairs and two baths. The bedroom on the first floor was great for grandparents who had more trouble going up the spiral staircase. All the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of plates, glasses, pans, and silverware for all of us. The drive to the Mt. Baker ski resort took about 30 minutes. Portions of our group skiied both Saturday and Sunday. Having the washer and dryer in the house was great for all the soggy ski clothes. We loved having a fire in the fire place. One bundle of wood was provided, but bring your own extra wood. If you want to use the phone landline, bring a phone card to make long distance calls. We would love to stay here again when our big family group gets together.
