"I really wanted to give the host grace, and I didn't want to write a review cause I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, but I don't want anyone else to be done the way I was, this property was disgusting and unsafe. The walls were dirty the, carpet was dirty, the inside of the fridge was dirty the door frame on the door looked like it was chewed up by a pit bull and the locking mechanism was flimsy all it takes is one little kick and the door is coming wide. The floor to shower in the bathroom looked like a guaranteed way to get staff infection the plumbing was terrible the host will tell you that we clogged the toilet which is 100% true there was no plunger and the plumbing was outdated with slow water flow. The apartment is cold and that little fireplace heater in the picture is the only source of heat in that apartment.From the first night I expressed my concern to the host, she refused to give me a refund from the first conversation I initially paid 1200 for 13 nights. After we went back and forth for 2 days straight she told me that I had to leave by 11am the following morning to which I was delighted I wanted to leave the first night, she agreed to a refund of 1,008 and said that she would refund me 24 hours after I checked out. I checked out around 9 am and she went ghost until the following day then Cashapped me 600 and told me that was all she was paying because the price change was 367 a night, this isn't worth 30 a day. Book at your own risk."

" At first i was confused becoz i was thinking a hotel type place but it was a house in a residential area. The room was cozy , place was clean but the only thing is its hard to communicate with the host at first and if you are person who is okay with shared bathroom then this is your place "

"We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. Lisa was great and even let our dogs out to potty so we could relax traveling into the city for a show and dinner. We would love to stay here again for longer!"
