"It is a business Hotel that is located on a busy highway with not much shops or restaurants around and not suitable if you wish to walk outside. However the property itself is new , clean rooms and good service and staff. Plentiful and delicious buffet breakfast and dinner . Quite a professional hotel. Our room had a noise issue that was promptly attended and fixed "

Right from Bharat (at entrance) Sonali (at check in) Kishan, Pawan, Gaurav, Ayush and Uday (cart driver) paid attention to every detail and made us feel welcomed. Location of the hotel is spot on. Great place to stay in Udaipur if you want view of the lake and easy access to the city. Their food is great too, would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This was a once in a lifetime experience. The level and quality of service from the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped off was unparalleled and exquisite. The property itself is wonderful and unique. It takes a boat ride to get there and we as guests have an option of taking a wooden boat (Environmentally conscious) vs a speed boat. "Lovely hotel tucked away behind the City Palace. Amazing location and walkable to all the close tourist spots (or easy to pick up an Otto/ Tuk Tuk). Room was great and very comfortable. Staff and service let the hotel down a bit. Everything was very slow, staff didn’t seem very friendly and food was very average unfortunately. "
