Pleasant vacation

Deltona stay
Nice place with a view of wildlife in the backyard. Easy on and off I-4 to go to on visits. Half way between Orlando and Daytona. No issues with house or Scott. Answered any question we had right away. Great stay.

Everything was gre except the air filter hadn't been changed in a long time amd Everything ended up slightly sick with allergies and upper respiratory issues..we didn't realize that the air filter was the problem till our last few days and we tried to clean it but it was very bad..the thermostat was reading poor air quality the entire stay but we didn't think much of it... the property it self was nice.. it probably needs upgrades on beds and the water pressure in restroom is very very low... ww were tnere for 10 days and did overall enjoy our stay but everyone in the house did have major allergy problems.

Accurate title of property
Manager was quick to reply to all questions and concerns. The title "Close to everything" is very accurate. Close to I-4, close to restaurants, close to Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Our only negative was the Master Suite mattress was terrible. It was a Sleep Number that one side was mostly deflated. The bottom mattress of the bunk beds was also very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were able to arrange our sleeping to allow everyone a decent mattress.

The home is as describled and the pictures are very accurate. This home appears to be quite new. You will need to bring paper towels and napkins. Beware if you are not used to traffic as the home is situated on a busy street and I4 is close by. You definately get a lot of road noise on the front and back of the house.

Nice clean simple house! White, bright and cheery! Plenty of quality soft blankets and pillows, not the cheapy flat pillows that are typically found in rentals! Place was very clean.. We were extremely happy with our stay!

This property was a pleasure to stay at. There was an issue with the dishwasher and managements corrected the issue promptly. My family and I will surely stay here again. I give it a 5 out of 5 review.
