As other reviews mentioned, there are a lot of nearby properties as you drive in who keep all their scrap, which is probably very useful. But, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We didn’t get to enjoy the fishing at the lakes as much as we hoped, but was easy to access and fun to watch the geese and ducks and deer. "Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. "
