SeaBreeze and SaltyAir is idyllic for a family staycation getaway, weekend shopping excursions, business trips, or a romantic hideaway.

Come and enjoy all that sunny Tsawwassen has to offer. Steps away from Centennial Beach and walking distance to Boundary Bay Park with over 30 km of walking and biking trails along the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the comfort of our fully furnished and well equipped home (1600sq ft) with private outdoor area, BBQ and propane fire table.

The space
This beach inspired home with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and open floor plan offers 2 master suites with king size beds and full ensuites. A queen size pull out couch also available. The kitchen is bright and clean with premium stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and all you need for your chef inspired meals.

Beach living awaits with towels, chairs and umbrella as well as a kayak and two bikes.

Lovely Place!
Nancy’s place was superb! One of the best places we’ve stayed for rentals! It had everything we needed and more, especially for the kids! Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back!

Lovely Getaway
The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples. Great kitchen for the chef in your group and a cozy fireplace to hang around and relax. I’m looking forward to going back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space. Thanks for everything Nancy!

wonderful!
We stayed at Sea Breeze for 12 nights and had a wonderful time. There was lots of room for us and our 8 year old, and my parents. The house is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, and we all really enjoyed the gas fireplace! We played multiple games of Sorry!, walked the beach and took our son to the nearby park. Nancy was extremely responsive and we appreciated her flexibility with check in time. Highly recommend!

So relaxing!
We traveled from WA for a weekend getaway. Nancy’s home was the perfect place to reset after a long work week. Her home is beautiful and a very short walk to the beach! We made meals, watched movies, read in front of the fire, and went cold plunging. There is also walking trails near her home that take you along the shore. We will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful home-away stay! Nancy was amazing to deal with. This quaint little hideaway in the most beautiful little hideaway town. We celebrated our mom’s 90th birthday with relaxation, cards and beautiful walks by the ocean. Thank you Nancy!

Fabulous Beach House
My girlfriends and I stayed at Sea Breeze for 2 nights on our annual bike trip. Nancy’s beach house is now one of our favourite places. It has everything that you need for a wonderful stay; comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and an inviting patio. There is also a cozy gas fireplace in the living room for those cooler evenings. Out the front door is access to Boundary Bay Beach and many kilometres of trails for riding or walking. A great holiday home!

Amazing time
This house is in a perfect location! I think it took less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach. It was also really close to Centennial Beach and the Secret Garden. The location was close to restaurants and coffee shops. We loved staying here and it was really cozy. The hosts are amazing! Thank you!

Family reunion
On arriving at the house we were very pleased with the layout having unpacked we started to prepare a meal we found the cooker hood filter was in need of a good clean. The ceiling fans were very dusty and there were numerous cobwebs.On the initial description of the house it said there was a hot tub there was no hot tub. The bedding really does need updating as do the towels.

It is easy to understand why Nancy is a super host. The beach house is comfortable, cute and the best home away I’ve stayed at. All you literally need are groceries. Well stocked pantry with seasonings, oil, coffee, tea etc. Shampoo/conditioner and body washes. Lots to do just by hanging around the house and the beach.

Everything you need for a family Christmas dinner.
Perfect location for a winter walk along the ocean! The home was laid out so perfectly with all the amenities that we needed for a family dinner. Fireplace and little Christmas trees & decor made it homey and cozy. Sofa is large & comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from wine glasses to scissors. Very nice touches, like Nespresso maker, baking pans and kitchen tools. Thank you to the host Nancy for great communication and information. Wonderful weekend!

Perfect house, nice location for nature lovers!
This house makes for an incredible vacation! Huge kitchen, comfortable living room centered on the fireplace, week decorated and comfortable bedrooms. To be honest, I didn't even realize how many bathrooms there were until the last night! Nancy did a fantastic job making this the perfect vacation home. If you love nature, you're in luck! The property is half a block from the beach and a ten minute walk to one of BC's most extensive trail networks. And for the little ones, a nice playground as well! And if you want the outdoors without a walk, the backyard is well furnished and private and there's even a rooftop deck! We really, truly loved this house and felt very at home!

EXCELLENT Property - Inside and Out - 5 Star +++
This property was way more than expected. The property profile is exact but upon arrival there was so much more. A welcome note and gift, cleanliness perfection top to bottom, stocked kitchen and bathrooms (above and beyond), nothing left unthought of, plus plenty of extras for every need you could imagine. High quality beds, linens and towels..... The backyard has a BBQ and wonderful comfy furniture and is basked in afternoon sunshine. Parking is easy and can easily accommodate three vehicles. Neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. Access to the beautiful Boundary Bay Beach is 30 seconds away. Stunning views and pristine beach and plenty of walking trails making it a quick 30 minute walk to town (surrounded by blue Heron's and other wildlife). A quicker 8 minute walk is the quaint Southland's Village with a nice little coffee shop and weekend farmers market. The host provided a binder of directions and suggestions that would answer anyone's questions. She was easy to reach, quick to respond and reliable in responses. We cannot give this property enough stars!!! I wanted to live there forever, I wouldn't need to bring a thing! Stay here if you have the chance. We will definitely return. And Tsawwassen is the gem of the greater Vancouver area. Small town feel with access to big city eats and treats.

Looking for a true escape? Stop, you have found it.
My wife & I along with our 9-year old twin girls recently visited the Vancouver area & chose Nancy's place as our 'home base' during our stay. That said, here was our takeaway: HOST: Nancy was fantastic, very responsive & did everything she could to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Right from our arrival she was very communicative & helpful, answering all of our questions. Awesome job. LOCATION: Being literally a 2 min. walk from the beach, the area exudes atmosphere. Located 5-10 mins away from all the essentials like groceries, gas, coffee shops & restaurants, in addition to plazas & a big mall with a variety of stores, it was ideal for getting organized. Being just 15 mins from the ferry to Vanc. Island & the airport also 25 minutes away, the home is in a very accessible location. Also being 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver, virtually all of the GVA is very reachable. ACCOMODATIONS: Upon entering Nancy's place, we were greeted with an immaculately clean place, everything smelling fresh & new. The next thing you will notice is the lovely interior & decor, loving the beach theme throughout, truly making it feel like an escape & capturing the 'sea breeze & salty air' description. With a beautiful harmony of modern & rustic touches, relaxing in the living room in front of the fireplace watching the big screen TV after a day travelling around was a highlight for us. The home also has a fully equipped dine-in kitchen, onsite laundry facilities, 3 streaming TVs & even a private fenced in space out back with firepit to enjoy the quiet solitude. And if thats not enough to impress, there's even a rooftop deck! All said, an incredibly comfortable stay with restful sleeps during all of our 8 nights. None of us wanted to leave when our last day arrived! GROUNDS: Aside from the convenience of having your own parking space in the driveway, you also have the added bonus of keyless entry. Being located off a quiet street, it is also nice just for a stroll anytime to the beach if the moment strikes. BOTTOM LINE: If you are seeking a beach accessible home base in the Greater Vancouver area to explore it from a very valuable vantage point, while being virtually right next to the water, Nancy's place will not disappoint. From the super convenient location, ultra comfortable accomodations & great host, my wife & I would return here in a heartbeat. Get out to BC, embrace all that it has to offer, and above all else, stay HERE to do it all.
