"The decore in the rooms are very unique. The downside was the bed, it had a shelf surrounding and being short it made it hard to get in and out of bed. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing with not much selection to choice from. Overall a great experience and would definitely return "

"The hotel was lovely, rooms are newly refurbished and are clean. Beds are comfy and are made up beautifully each day. The beach is nice and right on the hotel front, the security makes it feel very safe to relax on. The only thing I would say is there is always a lot of sellers from the markets who come up to you on the beach constantly. The food was good, especially the Sunday bbq. The staff are also super friendly and helpful and just want you to have the best possible stay. The management...

"The property is well run. The food is delicious. The accommodations are alright; renovations are underway to update the rooms. The staff is spectacular. Every single one of them. The massages by Anna and Haidi were the best my friend and I had ever had, when compared across four continents. They were really impressive. I would go back in a heartbeat. "

"Great time, from check-in, to kitchen staff, to cleaners, to entertainment, great value and lovely staff. Really enjoyed our time. Recommend the premier room pool view!! Closeness to beach is so ideal too, great for relaxation or a stroll to enjoy the sunset. Nice walk 15 min walk to Tropics Mall and shout out Vibrations cafe for a healthy vegan option outside of the great food provided at Balafon. Would definitely come again. "

"A lovely hotel which as a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable in. The staff are so lovely - friendly, helpful and attentive. Very well located in Senegambia and I was able to walk to places around there easy. Clean room and facilities which made my stay comfortable. "

"The a condition of the room was not safe the keys was ot working properly the hotal was durty the breakfast you i could not eat it it was terrible. O fridge in roo. You had to pay if you wanted one.i paid to stay for one week i check out the next day. In to i ither hotel cheeper and a hole two bedroom property self contained i would not recommend this hotal the manger was rude. And no refund. Very bad experiences "

"We have lived in Senegal for more than a year and the trip to Palmerin was most memorable. The villa is AMAZING and just as pictured. " nature: mangroves, birds, monkeys, baobab Toubakouta village in walking distance great views from terrace nice bungalow village clean rooms with AC and mosquito nets organisation of tours (e.g. by boat), start directly at the property kind staff good breakfast/dinner nice bar refreshing pool Summary: overall great location for everyone who loves nature, good food and friendly people. - transfers by car to other towns or airport seem a bit pricey - buildings not the newest anymore, but that didn't bother us too much (because everything was clean)"
