Discover our serene Delray Beach retreat, just steps from the Intracoastal Waterway and a quick 5-minute drive to the beach. Our home features a beautiful backyard with a sparkling pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area and patio, and ample seating. Inside, enjoy airy rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for relaxation or adventure, explore downtown Delray or indulge in watersports nearby. Experience Florida living at its finest—book now for an unforgettable getaway!
MINIMUM AGE IS 24
Guest does not have control of heated pool. Contact us regarding heated pool for temperature setting during your stay.

Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash.
* Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday mornings.
* Bring trash cans back up to the house.

Pool Cleaning occurs every Monday or Tuesday.

PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE; Guest will be charged $50 if grill is not left in the condition it was in at check-in.

Guest will be charged an additional fee of $250 for smoking in the house.

It is $100 per day to use the hot tub.

For every 15 minutes beyond the agreed-upon checkout time that the guest remains on the property, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.

SWIMMING POOL LIABILITY WAIVER BY GUEST. By booking/reserving this property, Guest understands and acknowledges the following: 1) there is no lifeguard or other attendant on duty at any time for the pool or the surrounding pool area, 2) there is an inherent risk with swimming in the pool, playing in or around the pool area, and entertaining in the pool or its surrounding area, 3) children, people with disabilities, elders and pets should never be left unattended in, near, or around the pool and should always be supervised, and 4) no broken glass or other harmful objects or items are to be left in, around, or near the pool or its surrounding area. GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY (IF ANY), GUEST’S PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUEST’S STAY AT THE PROPERTY. If you do not agree to this waiver of liability, please do not book/reserve this property.

Good location, short on amenities and hospitality
Nice location and house. No wifi and limited kitchen items etc. It just felt like someone reluctantly decided to put their place on VRBO? A little more amenities and access to the hot tub without a fee and maybe WiFi and it would be so much better. We couldn't even watch tv while we were there.
