Welcome to Tommy's Blue Wave Beach House!

This spacious 1900 Sq Ft private home is family friendly located in a quiet neighborhood is an easy bike ride to downtown Atlantic Avenue as well as the Delray Beach off of A1A.

Home has lovely screened porch with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

Living room has comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen TV. A variety of reading material, puzzles and games available. WiFi is available in the house.

Beautiful kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook with plenty of space. Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. The kitchen opens up through a bar that seats 4 to a beautiful dinning room with table that can seat 10. The dinning room opens up with double french doors to the back patio and lush backyard and large pool. Outdoor sectional provides a lovely seating area with large umbrella for shade. Outdoor dinning table has seating for 6 and pool shed has pool and beach toys. Landscape in beautiful lush yard is mature and ensures privacy.

Master bedroom opens onto back patio with french doors. Room is beautifully appointed with King size bed, large closet, sitting area and flat screen TV. Attached Master bath has a spa feel with a beautiful walk-in shower with seamless glass shower door and fantastic shower head.

Second bedroom has very comfortable Queen bed and large desk if you need some work space. Third bedroom also has a Queen bed and is very serene. Second full bathroom has been remodeled and is all white with a shower and tub .

There are bikes available (2 adult and 1 little kids) for use along with a 2 person kayak, and a surfboard.

"Freebie" is a wonderful free taxi service (just tip them) in the downtown area. They will pick you up at the house and drop you off downtown or at the beach (or anywhere else in their service area). Uber is also available for longer distances. There are fantastic restaurants, shops and things to see and do downtown Delray Beach.

This is a great house for a family, multiple couples, or a couple who might have friends or family come to stay with them.

Family Vacation

My Mom and I had a fantastic time at the blue wave! The property is exactly as advertised, beautiful and conveniently located to dining and the beach. Came fully stocked with everything you need to have a great trip to florida - beach supplies, bicycles, etc!! Would definitely stay here again 😊

The house is furnished for comfort as well as style. The kitchen is very well stocked, which was great for us because we cooked at the house much more than going out. Everything is maintained really well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great spot
This is the best Vrbo property that I have rented to date. The house is beautiful and very clean. Just show up, unpack your clothes and start having fun. Plenty of seating around the pool, the shed has so many extras such as beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, and bikes. The bed were very comfortable. The property is close to the downtown, Publics, beach, and other activities. Erin (property owner) was easy to contact, Great place for a family vacation!

Wonderful Vacation
Very comfortable home with everything one would need for a vacation. Pool area was lovely and we spent many enjoyable hours watching our grandchildren play. Beach and Atlantic Ave. are a short distance away. We had a slight issue with the AC and Erin, our host, was very responsive and helpful. Thank you, Erin for a very enjoyable 10 days!

Great home and yard - perfect with kids
We loved this house, and had a great time. The layout was great with kids (master bedroom is separate from the two smaller bedrooms), and the house was really well-stocked with everything we needed (kitchen supplies, beach toys, board games, etc.). We were there during a cool spell, so didn't get to swim too much (the pool is lovely, but unheated) but loved relaxing in the beautifully landscaped back yard. The house also has a screened-in porch, which was nice during the occasional rainstorm. We had a great stay, and hope we can return soon!

Home away from home
I rented Erin’s house for 6 weeks while looking for a place to move to in the area. It felt like home when I walked in and smelled like a clean hotel room. I would’ve moved in forever if I could! This property was exactly as described. Erin, the owner, was super responsive and I think she may be my new BFF. The house is an oasis - clean, comfortable, and extremely liveable. Wonderful vacation home
We loved the privacy of the back yard/pool and the quiet neighborhood. It’s an easy walk into town or a cheap Uber or Freebee ride. The house was perfect for my husband and I for a month of working on and off from home. Our grown daughters joined us for a week (we were there for a wedding) and loved the chance to get away from the cold weather back home. Erin’s home was well stocked, just a short walk to a fantastic lunch place (French Bakery), and our dog loved the fenced backyard. Erin made a forever friend of my husband by setting him up to watch his beloved sports on TV. Look forward to staying here again. Thank you Erin.

Thanksgiving Getaway
My husband and our family stayed at this property the week of Thanksgiving. We travel to Florida every year to visit and spend Thanksgiving with my husbands grandmother who lives in Delray. This year we rented from Erin and couldn't have been happier. It was a great location, close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. The house itself was beautifully maintained and had a good amount of space. We were able to host Thanksgiving dinner at the house with 7 of us comfortably. Erin was very responsive throughout the whole process and more then accommodating. I would definitely come back to the house and rent from Erin again.

Simply perfect!
Tommy's Blue Wave Beach House was a 10/10 for us and I was so incredibly sad to leave. Erin was very attentive and got back to us right away with every little question we had. Check in was very easy. The house literally has everything you need! The ocean is a super quick drive from the house, but the pool was so relaxing and private that we didn't even bother going to the ocean on this trip. We used Freebee (download the app) for several trips down to Atlantic Avenue for dinner which was super easy and FREE (just tip). We did decide to venture out a bit further on this trip over to Lake Worth and tried Benny’s on the Beach which I highly recommend. We took advantage of having lunch delivered several days from Delivery Dudes which was SUPER fast and cheap! We recommend this house to anyone and do not have a single complaint! It was just my fiancé and myself on this trip, but we cannot wait to plan another stay in the future with our kids. Thank you so much for the great stay, Erin!

What a wonderful trip!! Delray Beach is a hidden treasure of a town with Atlantic Avenue being its vibrant hub. The house was amazing as well. Close to the beach, close to Atlantic Avenue, within the range of the "Downtowner" we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The backyard is very private with a great pool and plenty of poolside seating and most importantly an outdoor grill for those rare times we did not go dine at the fantastic restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. Large bedrooms (3), well stocked kitchen,nice screened in porch,and comfortable living and dining rooms, we lacked for nothing. A home away from home. The owner is a truly amazing lady. From afar she answered every query promptly and to our complete satisfaction. For example: I was looking for a sports bar that would show a particular hockey game one evening. I asked Erin by EMail and not only did she respond she actually phoned the place to ensure they would show the game. Now that is service!! Thanks Erin.You are a terrific lady with a superb home in a fantastic town. See you soon we hope.
