"Das Objekt ist, wie vorab schon bewertet, in Ordnung. Der Keller ist muffig und der Kunstrasen im Garten echt nicht schön. Die Wohnräume sind angenehm und praktikabel. Was unangenehm war, war der Service der Agentur: Beim Einzug war das Geschirr und Küchenutensilien dreckig (Kaffeekanne ungespült, Milchtopf mit eingebrannter Milch, Toaster übersäht mit Krümeln und altem Brot).
