The area around the property was quite crowded and didn’t feel safe at first glance. However, in the evening, the area felt more welcoming, with ample lighting and street vendors. Check-in was smooth, and they even allowed me to check in early. I had reserved a deluxe room, but it fell far short of expectations—there was no window for natural light, limited amenities, and, worst of all, cockroaches in the room. When I reported this to the front desk, they initially offered to send someone with bug spray, which was shocking. I had to insist on a room change, and thankfully, they eventually moved me to a much better room that matched the photos on Expedia.
The dining utensils and crockery were not clean, and I had to wipe them down before use. Breakfast was just okay. At check-out, the staff didn’t offer to help with my bags, and there was trash near the security screening gate. Overall, I had a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to first-time visitors in Delhi.
